This was the worst meal I have ever had at a Japanese steakhouse. The fried rice had no flavor. The lobster was extremely overcooked - some was burnt. Chicken was rubbery. It was recommended to us for Sushi - we should have limited our order to sushi - and the spicy tuna was pretty good.

Ate here after tiring of the Big Cedar Resort restaurants. As was expected, the kids in the group loved the hibachi style of cooking. The parents enjoyed the cooking as well. The food was good and the service was excellent.

We enjoyed our visit here. The good was priced right and plentiful. Everything tasted very good. The service and atmosphere was excellent. Wet had a great time and would come again.

At first our visit was a little slow. There was a wait for the Hibachi grill, so we decided to just dine in. We waited on service at our table for five minutes. I think she might not have been told we were there. The dining area was separate from the hibachi so I could see why she didn't see... More

My family of five was unsure if the restaurant was good or not after reading mixed reviews, but we asked some people that were walking out how it was and they said it was very good(plus they lived in the Branson area and ate there a lot). Yes, it was good although we didn't have any sushi just the hibachi... More

My family and I come to Branson every year and when we all ask each other where is the one place we have to eat while in Branson, Shoguns Branson is always the first place to be chosen. Shoguns is a great experience from the time you walk in the door til the time you walk out the door. The... More

This place really cranks. It's the full blown grill with shrimp, steak, chicken, scallops etc but it's less than $15. Service is top notch and the fun is unending. The fire at the beginning goes up into the ceiling vent fan. It's great, the kids scoot back and are surprised if it's their first time, in our case it was.

I've been to other Shoguns before and I know you're really paying for the show. The chef for our table seemed a little less than enthused and just seemed to be 'going through the motions'. The food was good and the service was just fine, but when you're paying a little extra for a show you hope to be a... More

I wasn't expecting much when I decided to dine at Shogun--after all, this was Branson. Turned out, my face was as red as the interior of my perfectly prepared filet!! The scallops were also extraordinary--HUGE sea scallops, done exactly right. Our chef was the most entertaining I've encountered!

I dined with my niece. We have been to other "shogun" restaurants around. This one is the least of our favorites. There seemed to be a tension among the chefs at table side, don't know what that was about. Service was slow to start. The food is average and their "entertainment factor" was lacking from most of these restaurants. If... More
