Really good food, and close to everything! While you're there, take a look at the hands/feet in cement of some famous people outside!

We went for breakfast one morning because we were intrigued by the Big Chicken statue in the front. We went in but did not end up eating there. The place looked pretty dingy when we went in & there were only a couple of people there, but we thought we would give it a try. We sat down & the... More

First of all, I have to say that we didn't actually eat here. This is because as we were leaving our table for the Buffet Line, my wife's jeans were stuck to her seat as she got up. Looking under the table there were a couple of pieces of bread on the floor amongst other crumbs. Still willing to give... More

This is a place you have to check out. To start with you will be greeted by a 40 foot tall rooster, if your traveling on 76 you can't miss the giant Rooster. They have real deal home cooked meals, with some of the best free corn bread around. The cornbread is an appetizer but with a cold glass of... More

We were seated prior to eight other tables, however our food was brought after everyone else already had theirs. We had chicken and chicken-fried steak, both items they advertise as being noted for. Our waitress did not bring our food out, the cook did. He was friendly. A woman was going around taking pictures of each table, then tried to... More

We were with a group and considering that, the food was good., knowing that it's hard to feed a large crowd. We had chopped steak, baked potato, corn, cornbread and apple crisp, which was part of a set menu. Probably would not go back.

long wait to be seated - but that was true everywhere we went this time. Over an hour wait. Food and service were good for our group of six. The wedge salad is the best thing going! Just that and a cup of soup is all you need.

We wanted to have just enough to hold us off as we were planning to eat an early supper with the rest of the family that was going to be in town later that day. We picked this place because they had soup. My husband and I were going to share the chicken and dumplings. When the server found that... More
