Gourmet pizza

Very tasty pizza. I love the pizza rolls. I think it is the sauce that makes the pizza! Their crust is not greasy.. a nice diversion from the regular pizza crust! I love how they are light on the sauce and heavy on the cheese.

I have been a fan of Minsky's since they first opened in the 70s! It is some of the best pizza that we have ever eaten. We love the vegetarian pizza.. and their Calzones are great! I think it is the sauce that makes the pizza! Their crust is not greasy.. and we like the honey oat.. a nice diversion... More

I have been eating Minsky's Pizza for 30+ years. I love the crust, sauce and everything in between. I usually get it delivered or to go but when I do eat in the staff is great, the place is clean and the atmosphere is terrific. Also you have to try the Jumbo Combo, its one of the best if you... Crust was perfect, not to thick and not a soda cracker, tasty cheeses in proper amounts an generous fresh toppings. Add in the fast friendly service and you've got a winner! The only thing I'd change would be to have more craft brews on tap.

My family loves this place. When my daughter comes to visit we have to eat here. It is more expensive than some pizza but it tastes so much better! I think it is Totally worth it! I like the Canadian bacon my husband likes the papa min sky . Not much for atmosphere but the pizza is excellent!

We eat at Minsky's in Blue Springs, Missouri approximately once per week, and have for a long time. We really love their pizza, salad, and service. Everything is always very fresh. Our 2 sons (college and high school age) really like the food as well and our 1 son is a picky eater. They also have gluten free pizza which... More

Some of the best pizza I've ever had. With Boulevard Wheat on tap, how could it get any better? A real winner of a place, with outstanding service too

Is our favorite. I've been eating Minsky's since high school. Great pizza! Try the Prime Cut, Tostada, Combo or Nature's choice. You can't go wrong! We ask for the "papa minsky's sauce on any pizza we order. Original Crust. Alway's good.

Minsky's makes really good pizza and given that they're a KC based establishment so of their specialty pizza are unique to them. Offer a really nice variety of topping and crusts. Good stuff!
