I have been to Anjou about six times. The food is okay and not overly pricey. The wait staff in the bar are great and it is an enjoyable place to go for Sunday brunch. I will continue to eat there even though the food does not wow me.

I've only dined at Anjou's twice, but neither time has the food impressed me. The Escargot was good both times. First visit ordered Red Fish which should be safe bet in most restaurants, but this was average at best. Certainly not as good as my own preparation. Second visit, ordered Duck. Still not sure if it was Duck and did... More

We haven't lived in Jackson long, just about a year, but we absolutely LOVE Anjou. The quality of service, food and knowledge is unbeatable. Our waiter, Emerson, was fabulous. He is THE best waiter we have had in all of Jackson. We had the mussels with the white wine cream sauce, YUM. It was my first time eating mussels and... More

The Brunch experience at Anjou was a First with many more to come! My Wife and I had selected Anjou a week in advance for our Sunday Brunch. The location, atmosphere, menu and especially the Staff made the experience a very necessary "let's do this again next Sunday!" plan. We took the offered Fresh Hot Bread (excellent) and spent some... Three visits to Anjou recently have convinced me that this is the place to go. Escargot, salad with salmon, and the veggie plate are awesome. The Anjou veggie plate has a bed of spaghetti squash, olives, tomato, cauliflower and other veggies and a tasty marinara-- and you can add salmon or chicken, but a worthy meal either way. Lots of... A winner: this place has it all: Location, atmosphere, terrific service and food! I was in Jackson on a business trip and decided to try Anjou in the Ridgeland area. The setting is very nice as it is located on a small lake with both indoor and outdoor patio seating. There are ducks on the lake and a walking path... More

I have eaten at this location several times and every time the food is just excellent. Everyone had a great meal. The fixed price menu is a very good value. Compares favorably to the best places in DC or NY.

A few friends and I have visited for drinks on the patio. They have a happy hour until 7 which is great. I have not eaten a full meal here but the cheese plate was very good. The patio is near the water and they have heaters for the winter so that you can still sit outside. I would absolutely... More

I went with a couple of my girlfriends lately to this restaurant and we were underwhelmed with the service, however the food quality and prices were eyes we had expected but no greater. We all agree that if you're looking for a fabulous restaurant this may not be your first choice but it is not about what
