My wife and I have eaten here 3 times, and all three times have left saying "What did we just pay $130 for?" Food is OK, but not gourmet by any means. You can hear the kitchen but can't see into it. Not a relaxing experience. Waitstaff is friendly and pretty well trained but the restaurant is understaffed. I think... More

My wife and I had booked another restaurant for Brunch on a Saturday but due to a gas leak, we were unable to go to that restaurant. My next choice to take her to was Mint because I had never eaten there but had always seen it when we go out to Fresh Market to get Nielsen-Massey Madagascar Vanilla Bourbon... More

Our party of six went for drinks in the bar and stayed for dinner. The bar seating is certainly satisfactory. The service for beverages as well as food was very good. The food quality was good; everyone had positive comments on such. It has a lively atmosphere.

Friendly, efficient staff. Checked back often. Did not rush the customer. The food was well prepared and hot on arrival

This was a marvelous restaurant! Wonderful society and atmosphere at this establishment. Fried green tomatoes are a must and their award winning beignets and sweet dips do indeed rival those delicious treats at New Orleans Café du Monde.

This was my 2nd visit in as many years. I really had little recall of my past visit. This visit will be imprinted in my memory, unfortunately, not a good one. Wife and I had 11am Reservations ahead of the usual mid-day crowd. When we arrived, the restaurant was very active but hardly packed (just like we hoped). We were... More

Ate there at lunch and had the redfish. Entree was very good. Sweet tea was a little off. Attentive service. Portions are average - you probably won't have leftovers! Atmosphere was nice. Just don't have a strong urge to revisit.

I was paying my friend a visit in Jackson and as soon as I landed, we headed here. Out waiter seemed to have just gotten done with a BA table because he was distant at first but got better towards the end of the night. The prices were steeper than I would have liked but I decided to live a... More

This place is nice for special occasion dining. Appetizers were as great as the service. My main entree was the New Orleans BBQ Shrimp w/ grit cake, this is not to be confused with shrimp and grits. The shrimp were ok, but the grit cake is something I'd never eat again. My suggestion is to stick to what you know.... More

This was my second dining expereience at Mint. The first time i was traveling alone on business and it was excellent all the way around. This time I was alos traveling on business but I brought my wife and 1 month old baby out with me. I was very pleased with how seamless the accommodations were for my family. The... More
