Recently, while in the Jackson, Mississippi, area, we ate for the first time at Uncle Buck's Grill. The table service was very good. The waitress was very helpful. Food was served promptly and was hot. The portions were large. But, most everything on the menu was fried. While it was cooked properly and did not have a greasy taste, there... More

We recently held our MAEOP 65th Annual Conference in Pearl, MS. We had dinner at Uncle Buck's Grill and the food, staff, atmosphere was fantastic. Upon entering the doors, you were greeted with a welcoming smile. The greeter held the gated doors open for you to enter the Bass Pro Shop. We were seated immediately in the restaurant. Our orders... Uncle Buck's Grill is inside the Bass Pro Shop, which is one of the bigger Bass Pros, providing us a chance to shake our legs. We were attracted by the menu, so we enjoyed the fried breaded alligator strips, and then the Tournament Burger and the Firepit Burger. These were great burgers, so we were happy. DH was thrilled with... More

Located inside the bass pro shop, the menu is very small but tasty and decently priced. Great place if you are in a hurry, service was good and food came out in a reasonable amount of time.

Went February 18, 2013 at about 3:30pm which was a Monday. Took about 10 min. for the waitress to seat us ( there was only one waitress at the time.) The restaurant was empty except one other couple. When we finally got seated, We looked for a menu which was just a piece of paper front and back thrown on... More

My family and I ate there last night. We thought that we would never get our order taken. the restaurant was not crowded and there were lots of workers. We couldn't figure out why they were so slow. We ordered the roasted chicken, and when it finally came, we cut into it, and it was bloody. When we finally got... More

Ate with spouse and had a shrimp quesadilla salad (very good, right size portion) and a flatbread marherita pizza with balsamic reduction (also very good if a bit heavy on the olive oil). Service was a little slow considering they weren't that busy, but otherwise enjoyed our dinner.

We didn't order anything all that complicated. My husband had a fish sandwich. I had thier "signature" fish and chips plate. We had alligator for appitizer. It was very bad. The service was fine. The food was just bland and greasy. I hate they took out the restaurant that used to be in Bass Pro. It was fairly good. this... More

I've been to this restaurant a number of times. The last visit we ordered a flatbread and a child's hamburger plate. Flatbread was just pizza. Can't quite figure it out, bit just wasn't good for some reason. Hamburger plate was sliders with no condiments and none were offered to us. It was just meat, bread and cheese. They heated the... Arrived at Uncle Buck's at 4:30pm. Including me, there were 3 people in the place. Ordered a Quesadilla Salad. Sat back and enjoyed the huge aquarium with tropical fish. Served fairly quick. I mean after all, there was basically no one there. Salad was just a pile of lettuce and 3 nasty quesadillas. Salad was $9.00. Wendy's salad for $4-5... More
