This place needs a beer menu that describes the beers available on tap. All they have is a list on a blackboard so unless you know the beers the waiter will need to describe them for you. You can have a tasting flight of 4 beers for $8. For a rather late lunch, we had sandwiches which were good. The... More

We went here for a bite before the Drive by Truckers concert: had a warm IPA beer each and ok nachos "served" by a waitress who obviously wished she'd chosen another profession. Indifference sums it up: she did not ask if we wanted another beer, or anything else, didn't ask how the food was, very poor service...where is the famous... More

The ribs were overcooked dried out, and NOT very meaty. On the upside, they tasted ok, but not exceptional.

My fiancé and I were meeting friends in Oxford and chose this restaurant because it was near the square (our destination) and was recommended on TripAdvisor. It didn't disappoint. The restaurant is below ground, and the decor/ambiance is pretty typical of college-town pub. Because were with a group of people, I was glad there would be a variety of food... More

If you've been to Oxford Mississippi then you know that "The Square" can get pretty crazy at night - particularly on big Ole Miss weekends. The Blind Pig is tucked downstairs near the square and not necessarily visible if you don't know it's there. The beer selection was excellent, as was the beer knowledge of the staff. I was told... Without question, the Blind Pig has the best beer selection in Oxford. The owner of Joe's Craft Beer (retail store) recommended it to me. Bartender was friendly and knew his beer. I would think every place in a college town would be more like this. They aren't, at least in Oxford. Worth your while if you like beer.

My wife and I dine here regularly for lunch and have always enjoyed the experience. She is a big fan of the Melting Pot Reuben and for me, the Single Shot Burger is great. The location is perfect as it is a short walk from our offices.

We don't frequent pubs often, preferring cocktails and full dining, but we will return to The Blind Pig. Several nice beers on tap, good service, and better than average pub food.,
