Drove by and saw it was only open from 11-3. Wanted to check it out. Best fish soup we've had in years. Tried the Po'boy. it was fantastic. You wouldn't expect a Po'boy to fit in the gourmet food type catagory but this was awesome. Friends went back and enjoyed it just as much. A little more expensive for lunch... More

Went there looking for a good roast beef po boy and I found it! This one was delicious. Slow cooked roast beef on french bread with lots of gravy which made it sloppy like a roast beef poboy should be. For dessert, I had to have some bread pudding, which was equally delicious. The lady who waited on us was... More

From the reviews you either loved this place or hated it. We loved it. The red beans and rice were delicious . My husband enjoyed the soup of the day . We then shared a shrimp po-boy . The local gulf shrimp were much more flavorful then those we get in North Carolina. I just wish we lived closer to... More

This place was a pure disappointment. When I walked in the lady up front told me to just "take the table in the back". Didn't lead me there with a menu. Nothing. After over 5 minutes a sour faced Asian lady practically threw a menu on the table and asked me what I wanted to drink. I said water with... More

Making a claim to the best po-boy seems over the top, especially considering all the options in New Orleans. However, BB's fried shrimp is the mouth-watering best. I don't know what they do, but the breading is flaky and light--you don't feel stuffed after lunch, just incredibly happy. Don't miss the homemade soups; the sampler trio is a great way... More

Growing up in the northeast, luncheonettes offering decent mid- day meals especially sandwiches were common. A MS gulf coast version is bb. They offer exceptional po' boys including sea food along with sweet potato fries that can't be missed. Portions are large so ask for a to-go box.

I previously reviewed BB's when we first moved to the area. Since living here, we have become regulars. The service and food are consistently excellent, and we always enjoy our weekly visits. I am now a red beans and rice addict, and my husband swears he dreams about the Surf and Turf poboy. The sweet iced tea is just right... More

The poboys were not quite as good as advertised. But the autographed memorabilia on the walls is awesome. The crab paste patty on some poboys was not to my liking. The service was excellent and the location is fantastic. Price is fair

Everything about BB's...from the quaint and famed décor, southern hospitality and incredible food...best represents the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Po boys, gumbo, bisques, crab patties, you name it...all are excellent. We will go well out of our way to stop here to eat and say hi. Love it.
