Bonsai has several different sushi options for people that don't like "traditional sushi". If you don't like raw sushi, they have many cooked rolls and they will allow you to customize your roll the way you want to.

I have eaten at most of the Japanese Steak Houses in the Jackson Metro Area and Bonsai is by far the best. It can get tough to get in on Friday or Saturday night but the food is the best I have had.
