Traveling on business in Jackson and came across this marvelous spot. The bar was very classy, nice array of wine by glass or bottle and five local brews on tap. I am a beer drinker and after 3 tastes selected a tasty seasonal wheat. The supper menu was fantastic with small and large plates and a marvelous array of favors.... More

Great service, beautiful food and nice atmosphere. Great selection of food and wine with modern southern twist, just what we wanted. A bit expensive but worth it. Loved the deep fried apple pie! YUM!

I was in Jackson for a wedding, and based upon excellent reviews on trip advisor, I made a dinner reservation at Parlor Market. The service was terrific. We had a gentleman waiting upon us who was polite and knowledgeable. He suggested a nice bottle of Portuguese wine from the excellent wine list. We order the fixed price menu, and even... More

Great atmosphere. Wonderful appetizers. They have an eclectic wine selection and cool hand-crafted cocktails. And John is a great bartender.

A few friends and I visited the Parlor Market last week for lunch. The atmosphere was great. We were quickly seated, provided menus, and provided drink options. My friends ordered the special - fried chicken. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with roasted potatoes and green beans. The Mahi Mahi was cooked to perfection; however, my friends were not happy with... More

Enjoyed a 1/2 dozen oysters and the red fish special of the day, which was excellent. The atmosphere is nice the service was good. However, the cost for lunch was a bit high as our total bill was $55 for the oysters, two red fish specials and 2 iced teas. Would like to try this place for dinner the next... More

My husband & I went to Parlor Market for the first time earlier this month to celebrate our anniversary. With the road construction going on downtown, we opted to use their valet service, which I recommend doing. It was quick, easy, & the valet was very personable. The menu at PM was a little tricky to navigate since we had... More

My husband and I went with a group of friends. The wine was good but I was disappointed with the food. I ordered stealhead trout and in my opinion it was flavorless. It came with what seemed pearl couscous, which was tasteless and was left almost untouched. My husbands steak was not tender at all. I can say I'm never... More

On West Capitol near Hilton. Small, full bar, farm-to-table, excellent wine list and service. Went with my daughter (chef proprietor of Russian River Valley restaurant) and younger granddaughter - we were in Jackson fro Freedom 50. We were all very impressed, quite unexpectedly. Had several small plates - all very good and split one main and desert. A good reason... More

A difficult review to write. There are pros and cons in a complex mix. First, the good: - Menu is remarkable and use of local ingredients is too - Waitstaff is friendly and well trained - Nice atmosphere Then the not so good: - Closed on Sundays (Brunch only would be nice) and Mondays?! - Seating at the front tables...
