Two of us ordered the grilled salmon. It was inedible. Cold, mushy inside as if it had been thawed and refrozen. Waitress showed up and asked how great the fish was. Told her it was bad. Inedible. It was as if she didn't hear me. She just smiled and asked if it was one check or two. Told her one.... More

We came in for dinner on Monday night and got seated right away. Unfortunately, when we got to our table we just sat and sat and sat. After at least 15 minutes a waiter (Chris..tall, skinny, dark hair) came by and said he noticed we hadn't been helped and we weren't in his section, but he would gladly take us... More

Our group had a reservation and upon our arrival we were served sporadically. Some people in my group did not get served until it was time for us to leave. Our driver asked for spoon, which he should not have had to ask. His server told him that they did not have anymore clean spoons.

Did not call ahead of time so had a 30 minute wait. But once seated had excellent service. The waitress name was Patricia and she was well informed on all menu items. The suggestions she made were delicious. It was a very enjoyable meal. Will dine here again soon and will ask for the same waitress.

I have to say that I am not a fan of any Texas Roadhouse that I have ever tried. Now, about this particular restaurant. My husband order the Chicken Fried Steak, when he tried to cut into it, it was soooo over cooked that is was black and basically shattered when he pushed the knife down on it, the waitress... More

Brought 7 people for dinner here and had to wait almost 2 hours to be seated. Finally they crammed us into a booth made for 6 but after the long wait we decided to tough it out. Getting drinks took forever and refills were worse. Nothing went smooth at all. From ordering to finally paying check there was nothing but... More

I made an attempt to eat at the Texas Roadhouse tonight, March 6, 2014. I had a couple of drinks which were very good, and the bar service was excellent. I asked what grade of Salmon did they serve. I wanted to know if it was sushi grade. The bartender didn't know, so she went to ask the manager. She... More

This is the worst managed Texas Roadhouse I have ever been in- only the food was up to their usual excellent standard. We go for the peanuts and rolls- and then whatever we have room for. At this TR, we had to get our own peanuts- and DID NOT GET ROLLS until AFTER salad was eaten-- after several requests. Waitress... More

I decided to order my food "to go" last night, so I called this Texas Roadhouse and placed my order. The young man that took my order was very efficient. My order was correct. The only problem I had was this; when I asked for some peanuts "to go", I was told that they did not give them to people... More
