Description: The after Katrina renovation of the Gulfport Historical District is an architectural gem. This restaurant is located in one of its beautiful old buildings, a prior bank, and the inside is the typical modern conversion: exposed bricks, high ceilings, large windows, smart decor and stylist tableware. The atmosphere is relaxed, spiffy, casual. The menu is extensive (beef/seafood) and interesting. As newcomers, we ordered the Kobe burger w/fries ($12) and the Cajun Pasta Supreme w/salad ($15). Good food, great value, but what makes this place outstanding is the dedicated attention to detail - delicious hot bread, piping hot steak fries right from the fryer, a small salad with impecable presentation and walnuts and smoked Gouda to boot... Grand. And the service - a courteous, professional young waiter who anticipated our desires (good staff has this ability) and fulfilled them effective and expeditiously. Truly endearing. Places like this make our escapades from New Orleans to the Gulf beaches a true joy. Of course, we'll return

My spouse and I had dinner here with another couple and the meal was very good. I had the cajun pasta which was rich and spicy, spouse had pork chops and he said they were almost as good as mine. Their bread with honey butter was quite good , mixed drinks perfect and the prices were very good. Our waitress... More

To reiterate - I loved this restaurant! From the classy decor to the food and service, it was a great experience! I l had lunch here recently and opted for a cup of the chicken and sausage gumbo (5.95) and appetizer Bacon Wrapped Shrimp and Oysters (8.95) - Local gulf‏ shrimp and oysters wrapped in applewood smoked bacon served with... This is a locally owned restaurant with a good variety of foods on the menu. The food and service are great. We have been regulars there since Rob Stinson opened it in Long Beach, MS. It is now located in Gulfport, MS. We know the owners and most of the servers. They are very kind to us.

I love their bread and butter! The chef normally comes up with unique dinner specials. Great location in downtown Gulfport 😊

Ate here at a work function, and it was a great locale for entertaining clients with a nice ambiance, great food, and very reasonable prices. Looking forward to taking my family here next time.

We ate here, a total of 6 of us, and everything was great. Staff was friendly, food came out quick and dinner was delicious. We all ended up taking a bite of everyone's because it looked so good. The shrimp and grits are not New Orleans style, more of what I would call a Biloxi style. Shrimp and tasso in... More

Service was excellent and the food was even better. A great place to eat if you are in the area or just passing through.

My dinner order was; appetizer; Seafood Stuffed Portabella Mushroom and for main course; Filet Mignon and Crab Cake. Stuffed Portabella was pretty much void of seafood and mainly bread dressing, Filet was not tender and wasn't cooked to medium well as requested, the accompanying crab cake was too well done to the point of being extra crispy. For price and... More

Realizing that this review may seem a little off the wall, I will move forward. Everything was great! The setting is wonderful and as I said everything was great. However, when I went to eat the food the silverware would have been doing good to have doubled for flatware. I know...I know this is picky, but it would seem that... More

The food was great. The service matched the food - great! We ate Cajun inspired dish, can't remember the name, but it was quite tasty.
