The atmosphere is very lack luster but the food was great. Adequate salad bar, nothing fancy but the dressings were homemade from what I could taste. Not over priced, get what you pay for. Shrimp are a bit dry, but seasoned wonderfully. Perfectly cooked baked potato. But Sirloin takes the prize. I'd go there for a sirloin before I'd go... More

I was a little apprehensive entering the restaurant, but what they do not have in the way of decor they more than make up for in their food. I had the sirloin tips and they were great! My husband had the catfish and the cornbread salad. I had never heard of cornbread salad but it was wonderful. Definitely worth the... More

We went here based on the rave Tripadvisor reviews and couldn't agree more. Definitely order dishes to share, as you will want to try all of their dishes. The catfish was delectable, and the ribs and pulled pork excellent as well. If you like a little zing in your slaw, do order the mustard slaw over the regular slaw. The... More

We chose this place based on other Trip Advisor reviews and were not disappointed. We had catfish and ribs, 4 side dishes: baked beans, potato salad, mac & cheese and French fries. All were very tasty! They had some delicious sounding desserts but we were too full to eat any of them. Suggestion....share a plate, portions were plentiful and we... More

While recently staying overnight in Corinth, MS, we found Taylor's Escape on our GPS and so decided to give it a try for our evening meal. Thank goodness we got there around 5 pm, b/c in a very short time, the place was full, with dozens waiting to be seated. We found out why! To look at the place, one... More

My family & I chose to have my 37th birthday dinner at this restaurant. I had heard a lot of good things about this place, but I had never eaten here. There were seven people in our party. Upon arrival, my husband gave my birthday cake to the owner, Billy Taylor, to bring out for our dessert. We were seated.... More

For dinner I decided to dine at Taylor's. I got there early, around 5:15 p.m. and there was already a near full dinning room. I was still quickly seated and when my waitress completed taking an order came over to greet me. I ordered a regular catfish dinner and sweet tea. The tea was true Southern style, very sweet and... If you want good catfish, you need to eat here. Taylor's is a family oriented place with good food and good service. If you want great, fancy ambience, don't come here. The money is put toward food and not fancy surroundings. The owners and servers are very welcoming and the price is very reasonable. We often eat here with friends... More

The outside of this restaurant does NOT tell the story. Neither does the inside. When I walked in, I was really questioning my decision to try this place, it's a metal building with cheap tables and chairs, and booths that look to be recycled. However, it was PACKED with happy looking people, so I took that as a good sign.... More
