Good pulled chicken

Had pulled chicken, fried green tomatoes, corn on the cob, tea. $13. Chicken was good and you use the BBQ sauce on the table.

This place cooks so much it takes awhile to read the board. They have BBQ which they have 2 different kinds of sauce (vinegar based). Fried catfish is really good, the fried green tomatoes are the best in town with homemade ranch dressing.

I had eaten at Little Dooey in Starkville several years ago. It was good at the time, so I thought Id try it again in the Columbus restaurant while there visiting with family for a funeral. I ordered the rib and chicken plate to go and was planning on eating it in the hotel room. Much to my dismay, when... More

The pulled pork sandwich was pretty good, but not as good as elsewhere in town. The price was reasonable, but the portions were pretty small as well, so not the best deal.

Went there for a business liunch and was pleased at the site. Ordered in line and went to sit. It came out like we ordered at a good pace. The staff made sure we got what we ordered and drinks never got empty. I ordered the 1/2 smoked chicken, slaw and fries. The chicken was OK, nothing to write home... More

Burgers, catfish, ribs and deep fried Southern goodness can be found right here. Nothin' fancy but sure was fun. Stand in line to place your order and it's delivered to you table. Little piggies galore decor in a down home place to make locals proud. If you're in the neighborhood give Little Dooey ' s a try. Reasonable prices and... More

We are here right now. Waited 20 minutes for a pulled pork sandwich. Son got a burger and it was charred to a crisp. Cold waffle fries. Very dirty restaurant. Not coming back for a while if ever!

Food was great, SMOKE CHICKEN salad is a full meal. Service is great and people super friendly. I ate at the one on Hwy 182 as I understand there are 2 in Columbus.

Party of 4, all got pulled pork sandwiches. Reading reviews on here indicated a problem with cleanliness. It was not spotless by any means, but was as clean as most fast food places. Food was good, I'll go again.

I like to try BBQ everywhere. But once here is enough for me. The fried okra appetizer was huge and good. But the pulled pork I got was poor. The corn salad was interesting and definitely good, but couldn't make up for the pork.
