You feel like you are in Juarez while dining here. Don't let the exterior fool you. The service is great, the food is OUT OF THIS WORLD and the price is very reasonable. You owe it to yourself to give this place a try.

My son and husband love eating as Azteca, they could eat there everyday. I do enjoy the restaurant, but the food can be a little rich at times. The location is interesting, to say the least. But you don't go there for the decor, it is the food. Especially the chips and salsa.

I've been eating at the Azteca for 21 years and I am always happy with the food. The salsa tastes like a fresh vegetable garden most trips. The appearance is what it is but, it's obvious before you head in that it's not going to be fine dining. Just relax and enjoy it. It's not dirty and has plenty of... More

Went there once on a recommendation. My wife and I both had terrible stomach upset for 2 days. The source of the recommendation is no longer credible.

Went to dinner with my family. The waiter was excellent. He constantly checked on us, kept our glasses full & was very helpful. The refried beans were "lard-looking" and bland. The ground beef & chicken enchiladas and burritos were normal with strong cumin flavor red sauce. All in all, OK, but nothing to write home about.

I have been eating at Cafe Azteca for 33 years. There food is always good and there salsa is spicy hot and good. All of the dishes I've tried have been good. The most I've eaten there was five times in a week. The chips are served warm and you want leave hungry. The owner told me years ago to... More

I had lunch at Café Azetca today, August 6, 2013. I had an enchalada. It had ground beef on the inside, and it was covered with a cheese sauce. There were beans and rice also. The enchaladas were very bland, and the cheese sauce was just as bland and almost tasteless. I guess the waitress was doing the best she... More

I've been eating here for years & the food is always great. The chips & salsa are hard to stop eating. If you're w/ kids, make sure to order a kids meal vs. individual items. It will get expensive if you do. The place is a dive, but I dig it.

This is true Mexican food! Chips and salsa are the best around. The cheese dip is not the normal Cheese dip you find in typical Mexican restaurants but it is oooo so good. Yes it's a "hole in the hole" and it's not the cleanest but the food is awesome and the staff is great. The price is a little... More

The restaurants is a "hole in the wall" and not the cleanest place but the chips and salsa are delicious and the PITORITTO is not to be missed. We never order anything else!
