Yum!

Every time I visit Biloxi I visit the "Half Shell Oyster House" as much as possible. The "Fried Green Tomatoes and Crab Cakes" are to die for, I order them as a main course with cheese grits. Yum! 12 days a counting til I'm back For more!!!

This is a former bank rennovated to a restaurant. It's very cool looking with plenty of tables and two bars: one for the upstairs dining room and one for the bottom. We got there on a Friday evening after a long drive from New Orleans. It was a 45 minute wait. When others came in and heard about the wait... More

While staying at the Beau Rivage Hotel, we took a walk through the Downtown Biloxi area and found the Half Shell Oyster House. It does get crowded on the weekends, so make sure you set aside enough time to enjoy the place. Oysters are prepared creatively - We had them both traditionally on the half shell and charbroiled, and both... More

What a great place! Everything on the menu is superb. I grew up in the area but now live out-of-state. I love coming here when I'm home. I've never had a mediocre meal. The service is always friendly. And, it's not ridiculously overpriced. Yes, it's an oyster house. But, even if you don't love oysters, you can't have just one... More

Beautiful restaurant, food was better than average and priced a bit cheaper than what we are used to paying for similar choices in Texas. The waitress was what ruined it. Not friendly, not real smiles, we had to go ask for silverware when our appetizer was brought out by another staff memeber. Long wait for drink refills then refilled sweet... More

Tonight was date night with my husband while vacationing at the Hard Rock Hotel and we really enjoyed this restaurant! Very nice atmosphere, a good selection of food and good service. The only reason I didn't 5 stays was because no hot rolls :( adding those would make this place a 5+. My filet with Bearnaise sauce was excellent! My... More

My wife and I went for brunch. The crab cakes were decent, too much filler. Not sure about fish for breakfast. The lobster soup was very good. Our waiter, Phong, was good. 36 minutes to get the soup, 1 minute later, the entree. Gotta work on the timing. But we'll go back.

I am in the area every couple of months on business and I always bring my wife. By far the best restaurant I have found in awhile. Lunch and dinner both fantastic. We like to sit at the bar as we get in quick and the interaction with the bartenders is fun. Bloody Marys are excellent.

Was probably the best fish we've ever eaten. The fact that the bloodline was removed from our fish shows us that the chef knew how to prepare our delicious meal! Our waitress, LG, was top notch!! We will definitely be back!
