In town for work and the Half Shell was recommended after I inquired as to where I could find the best seafood in Biloxi. I was not disappointed, my lunch was amazing! Alex, my waiter, provided Excellent service and offered suggestions of what to try; he was right on the mark. The Oysters Oleans were spectacular and the Royal Red... More

I have to say that the food at this restaraunt is amazing. The oysters were good and salty. The green Tomatoes and crab cakes were to die for. We did not have to wait long for our food .However our service was different . I'm not sure where our server was majority of our dining process . Our drinks were... More

After a weekend on the Gulf Coast, my wife and I stopped at the Half Shell Oyster House for brunch before heading home. Good choice. We'd not been there before, but had heard good things about it. And they were all confirmed. Just a couple of blocks off Beach Blvd, so easy to find and plenty of parking. The restaurant... More

Picked this place for dinner based on TA reviews & comments. As usual, comments & ratings were spot on! Spouse & I had the fried green tomatoes/crab cakes & oysters on the half shell for appetizers (both exceptionally good). Entrees of Red Shrimp (huge and plentiful) & Grilled Flounder (excellently seasoned). For our 2 sides each - Sweet Potato Brulee,... More

We have been to Biloxi many times and just found this restaraunt. We went for lunch and the lunch menu was wonderful. We chose the Oyster House because of an ad in the dining guide that said it had Po-Boys. My husband was in the mood. We didn't know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised. I was expecting a... It was a rainy day in Biloxi this week, so we decided to treat ourselves to a good lunch and indeed, it was! This was our second visit to the Half Shell (we were there in Dec, 2014). First, I'll start out by saying that we had the best waitress, Gabbi. She knew the menu very well and how things... More

We love this place it's great atmosphere and service are not all the was excellent! My husband had oysters, we had the fried green tomatoes and crab cakes. I highly recommend them even if you don't eat green tomatoes because I was sceptical. But love love the fresh seafood. Great service from Cindy...

I love oysters, so got the platter with 4 kinds. The taste was awesome, but the oysters were TINY. Not exactly worth the $$. But the staff was absolutely marvelous. Lobster bisque was delish!
