Paul Kintzle, the owner and proprietor is a great person to visit with. I go here often for lunch and the daily specials are always a great value and very tasty. Nice looking waitresses and friendly staff.

I stopped in for a quick lunch at Betty Jo's while in town for work. The restaurant was actually pretty full and the bar had decent amount of patrons as well - considering it was mid-day. The service was pretty fast and attentive. The menu had a good amount of options - appetizers, salads, wraps, burgers, pastas, etc. My table... More

Pretty clean and had good service. It is similar to Bub's and other places around town, but their Bloody Mary's are amazing!

Ate at Betty Jo's for dinner while visiting our daughter at college. Waited for about 20 minutes for a table at the bar. Beer selection is awesome! Served in a ice cold glass. Very good. Food choices are pretty vast. Lots of appetizers, sandwiches and burgers. A few offering for a full entrees. Hubby had battered walleye. Generous serving. Our girls... More

After eating a very disappointing French Dip sandwich with its ultra-soft mushy bun that dissolved when dipped into the tiny plastic cup that held the tasteless, watery Au jus, and a side Caesar salad for me and a very mediocre order of fish and chips which did not come with fries but with potato chips (we were able to order... Local place in Winona with a nice variety of standard american faire. Everything is good, but the burgers and the flaming rooster pizza are defintely worth trying.

The menu is ambitious, and the gustatorial experience is average. The burgers are a bargain Sunday afternoons.

We went on a Wednesday night, our daughter was registering for classes the next day at WSU. It has many TVs for sports watching but also had some cute Minnesotan type decoration similar to what you used to see in Applebee's or TGIFriday's in the old days. It seemed a little more family friendly than the Jefferson next door which... More

Slow and horrible service! Not once but on 3 separate occasions. Came on a night called "All you can eat spaghetti night" and they were out of spaghetti by 7 pm! Another time that we came, we were told it was a slow night so the waitress decided to go home early and we needed to go to order our... More

Great little sports pub with a great Tuesday night special. All u can eat spaghetti and wings with a good beer selection, plenty of T.V.s and adequate help.
