Bukhara serves wonderful, authentic, inexpensive Indian food. No need to make reservations as you can always get a table. It is not the most beautiful interior but it is quiet and feels intimate. The servers are very friendly, prompt, and attentive. Orders arrive quickly and are hot and plentiful. You will not go home hungry and most tables take home... More

No dislikes--very nice lunch buffet. I try to make it a place to stop whenever I have a Mississauga meeting. Food can be very spicy, but I like that.

I order tomato soup and, it was almost fried veggies with some spice and tomato puree. Samosa was good. I ordered paneer( cottage cheese) curry with special instruction to make it Indian spicy and it was not even near to my test, and spiciness was not at all.

Had read a lot about Bukhara and considering it was started by someone who previously owned Taste of India ( Oh! wow!) and India Palace ( Oh! Oh!) Then they talked at length about Mughlai style of cooking. I should have known better. We went in expecting great food and we were treated to mediocre food that is served in... More

We visited Bukhara on a Saturday night with a group of four people. The Samosas were great, served with a flavorful chutney. Each of us ordered a different entree. I enjoyed the chicken tikka masala and my wife had a vegetarian masala with chickpeas. Everything arrived to the table in a timely manner and was served hot. Our friends were... More

The vegetable samosas were good, but a little dry. I enjoyed the lamb biryani and naan, but nothing really stood out for me. I would probably give them another shot when I'm back in town; maybe try something else from the menu.

Indian food is not one of our favorites but we like good curry. Felt it lacked something. There were no other people in there and that should have been our first clue. Won't be back

Indian restaurants are one a mile in twin cities. But they are also as common as it gets in terms of taste. Bukhara presents a difference, We tried the buffet twice just to make sure the first time was not just a hit and miss case of getting good food. Naans are always freshly provided at the table. The refills... More

Buffet's are usually bland; inoffensive. Not here. This is excellence, available every day. Not only are there the standard Indian fares, Palak Paneer, Tandoori Chicken, but Fish Masala, Lentil Soup and a host of other offerings. The host will greet you with a smile, the wait staff is fast and helpful and the interior design is pleasant without ever being... More
