Road tripping through the mid-west, I wanted to stay away from big cities and chain restaurants, I wanted a small town diner experience. I just happened across Stacy's Kitchen on the way back to my car after being at the Eagle Centre. This is exactly what I had been looking for. Friendly service in a small diner with food that... We live in MN and go to Wabasha occasionally, but instead of going to Slipperys, which we have had questionable service, we decided to try something new. We found this on tripadvisor and gave it a try. Homemade food and was it ever good!!! I had the Rachael and Tomato Basil soup. I was so full I had to stop... More

We had the house made chicken wild rice soup, which was excellent, with a very meager side salad and a delicious cinnamon roll. It's a very cute establishment with excellent service.

I was passing through and stopped for a quick bite. I had a BLT and it was more than I was expecting. The bread was sliced thick, whole wheat I think and it came with a nice side salad. The service was efficient and the BR clean. It seemed pretty busy but there was a quick turnaround. I didn't have... More

Great for breakfast or lunch. Fresh cooked food. Everything I have had here has been wonderful. I love being able to have breakfast for lunch. Good food, good prices, good service.

We stopped at Stacy's around one o'clock on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted warmly. There was only about 10 tables in the restaurant and there were three open but it took a couple minutes before we were acknowledged and taken to our seat. The variety on the menu is impressive for such a small restaurant, and the prices were... More

This was our third trip to Stacy's kitchen in the last 5 years and once again they did not disappoint. I Had the meat lovers omelette with loaded hash browns. My friends had the French toast once again. Great service... delicious food and reasonable prices. I would drive 5 hours just to come here and eat. If you are anywhere... More

This is a great small town cafe for breakfast or lunch. Nothing fancy. Just good food and good service. I had a club sandwich, which was excellent. Service was friendly and quick. It is a block from the Eagle Center (which was our destination). No fancy service or gourmet meals. Just good home cooking served with a smile.

We found this restaurant quite by accident, but I'm glad we did. What a wonderful place. My husband and I had the taco salad special, my oldest had pancakes and my youngest had a hotdog and fruit. Everything was perfect. Everyone was friendly, the bathrooms were clean and I would not have changed a thing. Very highly recommended.

Similar to Egg Bennie only servied in a skillet, with lots of nice veggies on a biscuit instead of English muffin. I'm an Eggs Benny fiend and I adored this twist, served piping hot and with a smile. Surounded by a mix of locals and touristy types visiting what has become a quaint and great day stopover along the Mississippi... More
