Long waits here for pie. It's good, don't get me wrong, but it's not worth waiting more than 15 or 20 minutes for. Just my opinion.

We stopped here on our way back from Split Rock Lighthouse and it was so good. It's a cute diner with good sandwiches, wraps and soups. We were so stuffed by the time we were done that we had no room for dessert so took thee pies to go. The turtle coconut cream pie is divine!

This is a regular stop for me when I'm up North. The food is actually better than the pies. Great Chili, broasted chicken, and breakfast. Coffees not so bad either. Prices are good and staff has always been friendly.

Stopped for a morning meal with my wife. The food was average (Perkins quality). The pie was great. If you have a hard time picking a pie, try the "Great Lakes Pie."

We were up in Two Harbor, MN right after Christmas. To our surprise, there was nothing much to do in Two Harbor except skiing and snowmobiling, pretty much all else was closed for the season. Add to that, there was absolutely NO SNOW on the ground what soever and the temps were dangerously bitter. We had been to Betty's Pies... More

This past fall, we made a trip to the North Shore of Lake Superior, and during the course of that trip stopped and hoped to have pasties, followed by pie, for lunch. In fact, their advertisements along the road hyped up the pasties. When we arrived, we were told we'd have a wait, and, indeed, we did have to wait... More

First time here. It was a very cute place. The food was great, prices reasonable and the pie was fantastic. Betty sure knows how to make pie! I order Betty's special which was a half a sandwich, cup of Delicious soup and a slice of pie. Definitely be back!

Usually the lines and waits are long (and well worth it), but if you visit in the winter and stop by during non-normal hours, you'll get right in. Seriously, heavenly pie!

We have eaten here before. And I did have what I had before. Rueben and chips. The chips are home made kettle chips. Not my favorite, but the home made rye for the sandwhich was good. Kids enjoyed chicken strips. Fries were ok. But seriously... You go for the pie. I had coconut cream. Not sweet at all. Very mild... More
