For locals

This cafe seemed to be a hangout for older locals. It looks inexpensive and is. Prices were good. The special the day I was there was sausage, gravy, & biscuits. It was OK at best, certainly nothing special. I probably wouldn't go there again.

Judy's Cafe has been a regular family breakfast destination for over 30 years. The wait staff have always been friendly, and their food is delicious and reasonably-priced. It is a great stop before a day of hiking or fishing on the North Shore.

Local hangout with a great breakfast. I highly recommend the loaded hash browns and the baked fresh onsite cranberry wild rice bread.

Three waitresses there---one waiting on tables--two holding up the counter. Since it was supposedly home cooking---I'm glad my mom was a LOT better at cooking than that. Nothing stood out as great. Cleanliness could improve.

When we asked people in Two Harbors, “Where's the best place for breakfast?”; the unanimous answer was “Judy's”. This cafe is a local's favorite. If we lived there it would be ours too. We had two eggs with cheese and onions hash browns, two sausage patties and rye toast and a mushroom and cheese omelet with rye toast and coffee.... More

Nothing bad here just nothing great. This is your typical greasy spoon restaurant cafe that is in every small town in MN. Nothing stood out...

We had breakfast at Judy's this morning. The pancakes were really good and I'm fussy when it comes to pancakes. The eggs were done perfectly. The restaurant was full of locals which is, definitely, a testament to the food being good.

We had been to Judy's some time ago - food was good, as was the service. Due to it being a small place and smoking was allowed at the time, we did not go back. On our way home from another trip north, we decided to try it again. It was almost closing time for them, but they told us... More

We ate breakfast at Judy's recently. They were busy, which may explain the slap-dash service. Toast was okay. Corned beef hash was chewy, which is not something one would expect. Eggs were greasy and cold. Husband's omelette was okay. His hashbrowns were tasty, though room temperature. Not our idea of good food.

Servie was good and the staff were all very friendly and attentive. Good serving sizes and the best pie of any place we have been to!
