The resort is amazing but we didn't have the best luck with dinner. We went early and were the only ones eating but did not have a wow experience. Staff and managers were attentive to us and our concerns as well. We do look forward to a return trip to give it another try very soon. I'm hoping this experience... More

A decent restaurant if you want the convenience of on-site dining as a guest of Larsmont Cottages. A light supper was very pleasant, a full dinner was a bit uninspiring.

My husband & I stayed at Larsmont Cottages for a birthday weekend celebration. He booked the Chef's Table at the Ledge Rock Grille that was fantastic. Chef Uriah and his crew are sophisticated culinary experts. Belonging to the International Wine & Food Society in Minneapolis, we were amazed and never expected to get this caliber of food in the North... More

The service was really slow. Took forever to be seated and get service. It was not busy, 3 other tables with guests. Finally a waitress came over and said someone else would be serving us. After 15 more minutes, she came back and said oh I guess it will be me. She was kinda rude. Our food took a long... More

What a great place for dinner and breakfast! The menu has very interesting and delicious items. We appreciated the grass fed beef and the numerous seafood options. Walleye cakes for breakfast were awesome!

While on vacation we stopped in here for a meal, tried the Walleye Cakes to start, wow so good. Then the salmon mmmmm, now thats how salmon should be served! Our server, Garret, was super friendly and attentive. Follow his suggestions he won't steer you wrong. Can't wait to go again.

We ate breakfast here. It was very good. They serve “brunch” from 8-4 every day. You can order breakfast or lunch anytime during this period. Jennifer was our server. She was very friendly, attentive, and helpful with tips about the area. We had a nice window seat with a view of the Lake Superior. There is also outdoor seating.

I have eaten at this restaurant several times in past years and was looking forward to another meal this year. Since I am not from the Duluth area, eating at a restaurant near the lake is enjoyable. I have noted the comments about the chef and wine steward in other reviews. they were never visible to our party. I asked... More
