I'll give it the 5 rating it deserves when acoustics are addressed. When the place is busy, a conversation with your table mates requires yelling. That's the only negative. Menu is creative and food is wonderful.

Great place. Friendly servers, excellent. Everthing I've ever eaten here is always good, never a bad meal.

They don't take reservations and the evening wait times can be quite long. This place has a real nostalgic feel as it's in a real log cabin. Everything about it harkens back to the 1920's including the extremely small rest rooms and tight seating. That being said, the food is excellent and the service quite nice. The experience is really... More

When we want an enjoyable meeting or to show guests a great place to eat I can think of no other than Phil's. The Greek Godfather is absolutely it.

No sure why this place is so popular. Been there a few times hoping to wowed, but it's just ok. The atmosphere is fine and staff knowledgeable.

Good food and service in a comfortable atmosphere. There is a great variety of food and beverage. The owner is often mingling with the guests, going from table to table. This restaurant would be comfortable for a family.

Great food, moderate prices. Very crowded and noisy. Try lunch if you don't want to wait 45 minutes for a table. It's very small and intimate and very very crowded. Best skirt steak around! Also great raw oysters.

This is really a cute place to get good food. The atmosphere is unique and make you feeling good.... but they tried to optimize so much the sitting place that once seated, you can't move anymore and you are really close to the next tables. Food is great and they do have really interesting dishes to taste.

As a professional, trained chef, it is hard to find places to eat where you do not spend the entire evening wondering if you could do better. Not the case here. Everything was spot on and perfectly prepared.

This is my first time here. We had a reservation at 7pm but showed up about 6:30pm. Place was crowded but we were seated in less than 10 minutes. Looks like a new expanded parking lot however if the parking in front and the lot to the side were filled it would certainly be more people than they could handle.... More
