This restaurant has been part of the Stillwater scene for many years but the current owner has transformed it into a place where the menu is broad and the food is delicious. Our experience has been limited to breakfast and lunch which have never disappointed. Although we are calorie conscious eaters neither of us can resist their wonderful hash brown... More

Nothing special at all - just avoid it. the food was warm at best, and how in teh heck do you mess up scrambled eggs? I mean crack egg, scramble, put in pan, stir, plate, serve...and yet they did!

Sad to see owners running their business this way. Businesses do much more than provide a service. They provide jobs and hopefully spread security to employees that make it possible for you to make your money. If you can't afford $10,000 per year then you must have not been doing very well in the first place. Time to shut down... More

I got sick from the French Toast. It was kind of dirty too. Don't eat here if you don't want to run to the bathroom after you get home.

We have loved this little out-of-the-way place for years. Had breakfast there again this morning and, as always, the food was tasty and plentiful, service was delivered with pleasant greetings and a smile, and prices were very reasonable. If you like small, privately-owned establishments with lots of character, ambiance and quality, take a break from the big chain restaurants and... More

This restaurant is a great example of Diners, Drive-ins and Dives We were staying in the area over logging days, we went on a Monday for breakfast. They were not busy but very friendly. When asked the waitstaff suggested a breakfast salad as the best item on the menu. I had one. It was a Mexican breakfast salad with all... More

Hey... It's perfectly OK for a restaurant to raise prices slightly to offset an increase in costs. Happens all the time. If carrots become expensive you might expect a dish with carrots to be more expensive. Perhaps a short note of explanation would be tacked on the menu, or posted on the wall. However, I'd be stunned if a 35... More

echoing anna yakle. There seems to be lot of people in support of this business that are completely missing the point. No one cares about paying 35 cents. They care because it is obviously a political statement against raising the minimum wage. For him to now try to spin it now shows how truly dishonest these people are. I repeat,... More

Am a local so have eaten here billions of times. Came again this weekend 2x to support the family. Went for dinner Friday and today again for breakfast and we brought our parents and our dog! They even brought her (dog) over a big bucket of water, she loved it :-) The food is great, service is great, location is... More

Started going there 15 years ago when it was a greasy spoon with character. In fact, it was a set for the movie "Beautifel Girls." You could get anything on the menu at any time of the day or make pretty much any substitution. I recently went back after a lengthy absence and was disappointed to find a boutique cafe... More
