We were there for the best cider in town. Milk and Honey. The service is great, the food is superb and the ambiance is great for people to have a nice time and fun.

Had dinner on New Year's Eve here and the staff service and food were above and beyond what I was expecting.

Wow... Over 70 beers on tap. Win there. The food was good. Not a huge fan of the Fries. I had a cherry infused cider, a stout aged in a bourbon barrel, and a blueberry stout.

After a long time trying we finally made for lunch about 1130 in the morning. Not more than a half dozen people. It took quite awhile to get the water, then when the water came our waitress turned and fled. We wanted to order at that point. When she finally returned, I mentioned it to her and she laughed and... I like craft beers. I like good food. That must be why I end up at the Gnome so often. The Beer; an overwhelming array of options that change seasonally. Obscure, hoppy, Belgainy, sour, local, seasonal you name it, they have it. This is the place to expand your knowledge and appreciation of the revolution going on in brewing. Try... More

The Happy Gnome is one of my favorite bars in Saint Paul that is easy to get to and hard to leave. They always have over 75+ craft brews on draft as well as an extensive bourbon collection! This is a great bar to meet up with friends or acquaintances over a couple drinks, and the patio is gorgeous and... More

Finally had the opportunity to sample this Cathedral Hill icon. Met an old friend for lunch on a Monday, and everything was perfect! The atmosphere, the service, the food, my beer, all was top-notch. The only detail that troubled us a bit was that we were sat by the front door, and were exposed to a cold draft each time... More

Always great food, great beer, great atmosphere. Only problem is, it's so popular it's sometimes hard to find a seat! But if the main floor is packed, always check upstairs.

I had occasion to enjoy a meal with family members at this restaurant. The decor was cozy and atmosphere was enjoyable with a diverse assortment of fun-loving diners. The menu had a wide variety of food items and beverages that helped the diners enjoy their meals in a friendly setting. My companions chose favored items and found them to meet... More
