We decided to stop here since we saw it on Food Network's Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. This is definitely a DIVE! Our table was on the lower level next to the bowling alley which we did not mind at all. GREAT stuff burgers, juicy and definitely HOT! Onion rings, sweet potatoes fries and cole slaw were a yummy addition! The... More

This was my first visit to the nook, Sunday lunch with family. We tried the nookie, black bean burger, cheese curds and leprechaun legs and a coney island dog. The nookie was great (way better than 5-8 club) and so was the black bean burger. On the flip side, the cheese curd was tasty but it was dripping in oil.... More

It has been several years since my last visit to The Nook, in fact prior to the fire of 2010. But the Juicy that I enjoyed prior to the catastrophe was one of MSP’s best burgers, so I was excited when my navigation system told me I was but a few miles away after a late afternoon meeting. The interior... More

Small neighborhood feel. Staff was very friendly. Burgers were great and the fries even better.Lots of TV's well placed throughout. Bar on main floor with "dining" area. Can also eat downstairs by the bowling alley. Went there at 11:30am on a Sunday and had to wait for table, so getting there early is better if you don't like to wait.... More

Searched for somewhere in the Minneapolis/St Paul area to have a good burger and found The Nook rated in the top 10 in the U.S. for burgers, so we had to try it! It has a great neighborhood feel to the place. There are not a lot of tables, but you can also eat at the bar, which is what... More

My wife and I have been to the Nook several times over the past 5 years, and they always have the best burgers - especially their brand of the Juicy Lucy. We have tried some others, but we always come back to the Nook for consistently great burgers. Sometimes it can be crowded, but the wait is always worth it!

I saw the review of this place on Triple D (Diners, Drive-Inns and Dives) and was enthralled with sampling their gourmet (stuffed) burgers. My family of 7 went early on a Saturday for lunch (too avoid the crowds) and was really pleased with the atmosphere of the place. The upstairs bar covers the entire length of the left side of... Stopped here while on vacation based on a recommendation from someone I knew from the area. We weren't disappointed. The bison burger was excellent and my boyfriend loved his ultimate supreme burger.

We went to the nook looking for our first juicy Lucy experience. The nook did not disappoint. But why is no one talking about the fries? They were worth the price of admission! Fresh, hand cut, the perfect amount of salt! Great service, fun atmosphere with a great beer selection. Great stop!

We were introduced to the Nook about a year ago..and now we go out of our way when the area just to get our burger and cheese curd fix! Hand dipped curds are almost as to die for as the burgers! So far everyone in my family is a die-hard Guy's Big Bite burger fan..the combo sounds a little funky,... More
