Old School Italian!

We skipped breakfast in order to be ready for this. We showed up about 11:10 ready to eat. Pam, our server, greeted us immediately. She was extremely sweet and complimented me on my necklace. She has good taste, it is awesome. We ordered drinks and our food. I ordered a meatball to try. Italian... read more

Visited many times with groups from 15-30 for a brunch of Italian food. Their sausage was to die for.

A nice, dark inside, old world place. The food was very good. Perhaps not great, and it was the Italian standards, (no nouveau cuisine here) but very good. And for the price, it's 5 stars for me.

We visited DeGidio's for lunch just by accident. It looked nice from the outside, and the parking lot was full. When we entered the restaurant, we knew we were in for a treat! It looked old-world (leather seating, warm, inviting, etc.). The wait-staff was attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious! I had Chicken Parmesan and spouse had Tortellini... More

Actual spicy Italian sausage (not Minnesota Spicy) and a weeknight bartender (Jimmy) that rules over the bar area with comical efficiency. 1/2 price bottles of wine and apps every Monday and Tuesday and a Hot Dago that is second to none. Penne Aribiata is another favorite, which I will usually get with the Italian Sausage instead of the chicken for... More

Visited Degidios for lunch. Great food. Fast service. My wife and I shared a hot dago which was smothered in cheese and tomato sauce. Would go again.

This place has an extremely loyal following, but I think it's not what it used to be. The menu gets shorter - pretty much nothing for vegetarians - and the service is spotty. Sometimes it's quiet, as another reviewer said, but often the guys around the bar are 3-deep and very loud. That's when the service gets spotty - they... More

Their tiramisu is delicious, fresh, with light fluffy cheese and a rich espresso coffee flavor. Definitely recommended. The spaghetti sauce is also excellent and seemed authentic Italian. It is definitely worth returning for. Large portions for a reasonable price. Happy to have found a new place. I had a Wednesday special that included spaghetti, chicken parmesan, salad and a vegetable... More

The place is huge so even if there's a wait to be seated, don't worry. I love the family owned atmosphere, fresh bread, strawberry salad, and any pasta dish they serve the dago is huge and amazing....all their sausage is freshly made. I go here often and can't wait to go back.

I would have given the food a 5 had it not been for the fact that our pasta dishes had varying degrees of undercooked pasta. More undercooked than al dente.
