I went here with my boyfriend who went to the Olympics in Sochi and was not impressed with the food in Sochi. It was a Saturday night. We had a reservation and we're seated right away. The atmosphere was high energy with a wondering accordion player. Our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu and helped us choose drinks and... More

We finally made it to Moscow on the Hill and we loved it! We tried 4 different flavored vodkas and each one was delicious. Every ounce of food we ordered was perfectly cooked and so tasty. Even their desserts were perfection! This is a must!

We chose this restaurant as a special treat for my son. The atmosphere was not particularly different than that of a Russian restaurant except the staff was friendlier. The menu was quite extensive with many Russian items. They also had a wide selection of vodkas. Having difficulties deciding on entree we chose entries so that we could share in all... More

We made reservations a few weeks ahead of time because there was 9 of us. Was expecting cramped table, but very pleasantly surprised to get nice long table with room for staff and other diners to walk by without us all getting jolted in the back. Food was delicious, wine nice, and waitress quick with our order. Accordion player was... More

I would definitely recommend making reservations for a weekend dinner. The place was packed the whole night. It is super noisy and there's an accordion player too. People seemed to really enjoy the atmosphere, little too hectic for me but the food made up for it. They have great vodka cocktails and a really good appetizer platter. I'd go back... More

We stopped here looking for pelmeni, the Russian meat-filled dumpling. We chose to eat outdoors in their nice courtyard. They have two varieties of outdoor seating - lounge and sofa seats under a lovely arbor, and regular tables and chairs with umbrellas. They provide cushions as well as fleecy blankets for the cooler weather! We ordered zakuskie - three appetizers... More

The wait staff here are very friendly and polite. The menu changes some times, but the specials are always worth a try. If you're not big on "Russian" food, give it a try and you'll be surprised.

Excellent dinner with Family on visit to our Daughter, who lives in St Paul. This is her favorite restaurant. I have never eaten Russian Cuisine, and it was a pleasant surprise. The Vodka was the best I have ever drank, they have flavours I had never heard of!! Everyone had a different dish, and everything was served hot and tasty!... More

We visited last week, a party of six, for dinner. The restaurant is rather large with three rooms, outdoor seating and a bar. The menu is quite representative of Russian cusine. Prices are moderate to somewhat pricey (for St.Paul). There is a good wine list, with very reasonably priced wines, a many beer/ale selections. Five of our party had wonderful... More

For the lovers of Russian food this is the only one superb restaurant in the midwest. And I am no exaggerating. Over 100 vodkas. Menu is a real Russian one and the service great. The appetizers, entrees are all perfectly done. The music is also great over there
