I was here for a business breakfast meeting and was pleasantly surprised. I had the farmer's omelet and it was absolutely delicious. Great portions and they also have pretty good coffee. Overall, everyone was happy with their meal. Definitely worth a try.

Went here for brunch one sunday with family. Our server was very friendly and the food was very good. Its a quaint little space good, very homey. The pancakes here are as big as a regular dinner plate so be cautious when ordering. I had an omelet with pancakes and everything tasted well. Food came out quickly. My only complaint... More

Four of us had a wide variety of entrees just before attending the nearby Prairie Home Companion show (within three blocks of the Fitzgerald theater). Each entrée was great. The 8 ounce deep-fried Haddock, accompanied by steamed AND then nicely grilled broccoli was spectacular, although a lemon wedge or tartar sauce would have been appreciated. The pancakes were plate sized,... More

Went on a Sunday morning, and was able to get right in (small place but lots of seating). Our group had a variety of breakfast meals, and ALL were delicious. You can't go wrong. Fabulous coffee!

Great place for breakfast -- sweet rolls the size of a lunch plate, huge tasty pancakes each the size of a large dinner plate, big portion of excellent hash browns. french toast really good. very busy, lively, good atmosphere. fun waiter. good service, but can take a little while to get service when it's busy. Would like to return to... More

This place was great. If you don't walk away fulfilled, I can't help you. This is a casual place with outstanding food. The service was very good as well. Highly recommend the hash - fresh and filling. Coffee was very good and the freshly made breads are terrific.

Stayed downtown St. Paul for the first time this weekend & I searched the web for a nice downtown brunch spot. Keys Café did not come up in the website "top" lists on my first pass, and so I first went to The Buttered Tin ... which looked amazing though it had a 45 minute wait because it was pretty... More

I went one time while passing through. I thought the meal was great, and the portion was massive! It was quite busy and crowded so service wasn't great, but it wasn't too bad. Enjoy the cool mural and community garden across the street. =)

I have been to this Key's location 4-5 times the last year and a half on my lunch break. I work up the street within walking distance so it is convenient but not worth the walk. First off, the waitresses are always crabby, short, rude, and curt. They are mildly efficient but no smiles, no conversation, etc. The waitresses are... More

It is one of the best local gathering spots to meet friends for breakfast. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is clean, the food is great. I especially like the spinach omelet. You have a choice of many home made breads served with home made jam. Coffee is refilled often and the prices are reasonable.
