Fabulous food, and impeccable service. This is a GREAT restaurant, we really enjoyed it. I had a perfectly seasoned NY strip, and my wife enjoyed the Walleye dish immensely. My ONLY issue with the restaurant is that the bar is open to the restaurant. The bar can be quite busy, as the hotel is a favorite spot for wedding receptions.... More

Our food was just average, but very expensive with a cost of 100 per person. The drinks had to be sent back due to some weird sweet juice in the martini. The service was just average.

The food here is absolutely delicious. I had the Filet and it was like chewing on butter the meat was so tender. The chef cooked my meat perfectly as well as both of my colleagues whom I was dining with. You do pay for the quality of food you get here so be prepared. All sides are a la carte,... More

Four of us went to lunch on Saturday. A selection to please all of us. From their walleye with a maple syrup finish to their fish stew, wewere all happy. Our server was very bright and helpful.

May be the best beef medallions I've ever eaten! I love the atmosphere of this restaurant and you'll never be able to beat the staff working there. I also tried the pork chop and I think the apple topping may be a well kept secret!

Thank you for visiting The St. Paul Grill and your humbling praise on the beef medallions. Wow, that is a great compliment that they were the best ever eaten. The pork chop has been on The Grill menu since The Grill opened. The apple topping is housemade and made with love. We hope you will visit again soon. More

A friend recently graduated from law school in St. Paul and a group of us celebrated at the St. Paul Grill. The atmosphere and service were lovely, but still relaxed. The food, from the filet mignon to the cheesecake, was absolutely delicious. Great evening all around.

The restaurant has a real buzz when you enter yet at the same time has a classy feel about it. We had a drink at the bar to start and the cocktails were excellent. The table was a bit of a squeeze and not much room so deducting points for that. Service was variable - our waiter John was a... More

This was what I describe as a solid restaurant. The food was all prepared very well. In fact I had Walleye which is a fish I totally enjoy but rarely see on menus anywhere.

We were staying at the Hotel over night after having had the High Tea experience in the afternoon. The dinner was a great experience! Ambiance was lovely, the food was superb and the service was fabulous! We had left overs that wouldn't have fit in the small room refrigerator and the bus staff suggested he keep it in the kitchen...
