Punch Pizza has mastered the wood fire. This is not a heavy meal and you leave full and satiated but not overstuffed. There are tables to sit and be leisurely about your meal, and, while you can chance walking in to eat, this should clue you to making a reservation. The food is excellent.

The food is good, but when I go to a restaurant I don't need to hear about politics, and that one side or the other is the only way to think. All of the employees were talking about was how the owner was with Obama this, and that, and that people should be doing this or that. I came to... More

We took our friends from out of state here as the reviews were nothing but good. The place is really chaotic and the pizza is ok. The four of us agreed that it's not a place to go out of your way to dine here.

You will not be disappointed with the pizza place... The crust is delicious as well as their sauce. The pizzas are big enough for 1 and then some. A little too small for 2 people depending on how many topping and because the crust is super thin. My only suggestion is the price is a bit high. One person eating... More

Many people who have been to Italy say this pizza is just like what they had in Italy, I wouldn't know about that but it is the best pizza I've ever had. The margherita extra is to die for. It has buffalo mozzarella, sweet Mount Vesuvius tomatoes, and basil. Crispy charred crust but soft and gooey in the center. Use... More

This pizza is always a great treat. Friendly service to boot. Keep in mind that this is the original Punch restaurant in the area and is considered a sit down restaurant in comparison to the other Punch restaurants which are walk in and order.

We are lucky to have so many great pizza options in the Twin Cities. Punch is one of these restaurants. This particular location does not have a lot of seating space, but the wait is usually no longer than 15 minutes and this one is the closet one to my home. I like to ask for extra olive oil to... I have driven by for ages- and finally tired it. The Vesuvius- or something like that pizza was a thin slice of heaven. I haven't enjoyed a pizza that much in ages. A spicy sausage, pepper and olive blend that was devine. I will be back soon.

I have come here twice now. First in May of this year and now yesterday. The first time was not fun, we ate there, the restaurant has very uncomfortable seating and very dark gloomy decor. The pizza was scorched and soggy. This time, the pizza was no better. We order 4 different pizzas. The crust, which is usually my favorite... More

Punch pizza of the Twin Cities is in a way agolden standard when it comes to high-quality pizza. First, they make some of the tastiest pizzas anywhere. Trust me, I've been to Italy and I haven't had a chance to try a good pizza (in fact some of the worst pizzas I tried were in Italy). Second, they are very... More
