Food is terrific. on Grand Av in St Paul, which is a great place to browse in stores after a lunch or coffee. Everything is cafeteria style; their pizzas, soups, sandwiches, desserts--everything tastes good. One of the best places for a quick bite to eat. Plenty of seating, and did not feel in a rush to leave. I was there... More

Stopped by one Friday night and had the best desserts. My husband had a banana cake that was so amazing. So amazing, I tried to re create it at home....almost, but not quite! They have a great wine bar with a variety of wines. Fun stop after dinner!

This is one of the nicest cafeterias in the country. They have some of the best desserts in the Twin Cities, perhaps the state. There is a wide range of cakes, pies and tortes. A great place to reward yourself for maintaining or losing weight. There is a wide range of salads, soups, sandwiches in the $6-$10 range. Also soup... More

Took family here for lunch based on reviews on this website. I love soups and salads so for me, this place was wonderful. I had the salmon and spinach soup which was absolutely amazing. Rest of the family had sandwiches which were underwhelming and over priced. They could have had a better selection to go with everything else in the... More

If you can get past the flash back to school and standing in line in the cafeteria, the food is worth it. The pasta choices were yummy, the soup delicious and the desserts, well, expensive, but wow! The sandwich bread seemed lame and ordinary, though. And the a la carte prices could get spendy. The location is great on Grand... More

I just visited Cafe Latte again last night, and was moved to write a review - not only because their food is always, unfailingly delicious; but it's also pretty impressive that after coming here for 20 years, their quality remains so consistently great! As a vegetarian (who does eat sea food), their menu's variety is a treat for me. But... More

We needed to grab a bite after touring James J. Hill House and the Cathedral. Cafe Latte seemed promising and more importantly, close by. Sadly, the website does not truly express the depth in menu offerings but there were a selection of salads, soups, sandwiches, beverages (both hot & cold) plus desserts. Refreshingly, you can request small or large portions... More

I'm not sure that I would rank this restaurant #1, but then again we didn't have a dessert and I believe that a lot of the high rankings are for the desserts. The cafeteria style is a bit confusing, especially with people behind you who are quick decision-makers wanting to forge ahead. The food was good, but I wouldn't say... More

As first-time visitors unfamiliar with the restaurant, we were a bit confused about the way things were organized. It was very busy during the lunch hour we were there, and it was a quick-moving cafeteria-style line, so we made quick decisions at the salad station. Sadly, we ended up missing the bakery items that are located in a separate area.... More
