We had breakfast one morning during our stay, which was average. I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant and the coffee was good. Since we both had cereal there isn't much to say. We did have a nice family meal with ten people and that was very nice. The service was great, the food was very good. Everybody seemed... More

Had a business lunch with a client that really loves coming here. Overall my experience was pretty good. I had the half Reuben with a side salad. Rueben was the better part (not the best one I had) salad was very small. Service was quick and friendly. I would not go out of my way to go back but would... More

Four of us went mid-afternoon so not many people there. We ordered fish and chips - fairly good rating buy 3 that got them and one walleye that should have been great but really missed the mark. Although they have a nice selection of beers and ales I'll not being going back when next in the area.

I stopped by for their happy-hour. Ordered the $6.00 mini-burgers. They were raw. Kevin cheerfully returned them and next plate they came back cooked but covered in ketchup, way too much ketchup. Bar area had an odor of old mop-water, not pleasant. Actually, from the upswept outside entrance, to the finger-print glass doors, to un-vacuumed mats it is overdue for... More

Around St. Patrick's day, they do the best corned beef and cabbage. The food is wonderful that week. But then April comes and it is so disappointing. Food is not so good. We even sent our food back.

Kip’s Irish Pub is located inside the Minneapolis Marriott West Hotel near the intersections of Highway 169 and I-394 in St. Louis Park. It is actually located on the North Frontage Road of I-394. There is no exit off of I-394 so it is kind of hard to find if you are not from the area – use Google Maps.... More

Whether you like beef, chicken, fish or just a sandwich the food was very good. Tasty, reasonably priced, well presented and served quickly. The only negative for me was the wings.. Did not care for them at all. Otherwise recommend highly.

Food is heavy, but good.. Typical Irish food in a pub like setting. Staff was courtious and kind. They seat you quickly, but the billing process is a bit long.

Kip's is a secret hideaway located in the Marriott by 394 in the western metropolitan area of the Twin Cities (Minneapolis and St Paul). They offer draft beer, Jameson whiskey, cocktails, appetizers, American and Irish fare and desserts. It's not too crowded and you will find families with young children intermingled amongst the tables of adult-only diners. The layout of... More

My wife stayed at the hotel overnight and went to Kips twice in the evening. Once for drinks and appetizer and then again later for dinner. The food is good and plentiful. Saturday's special is 1/2 off bottle of wine. We picked one up for the room. The server made sure we had a cork screw and provided us glasses.... More
