Cooper brings European style to a warm, friendly pub with food that is a destination in itself. The menu includes hearty pub classics with and without twists, vegetarian and ethnic specialties, lighter dishes to satisfy wee cravings, and homemade soups and sauces. Our happy hour highlights a round-the-clock sense of value, with a diverse appetizer menu and loads of drink options. Our Wee Lunch, which includes salad, fries and wee sandwich or burger, is perfect if you normally don’t split or share items. We haven’t limited ourselves to traditional Irish fare – healthy choices abound which will satisfy your hard-working appetite any day of the week. The Pub Life is our heart. Relax with a newspaper and a 2 Gingers Whiskey, invite some friends for stimulating conversation over perfectly poured pints, or engage in some old-world-inspired friendly competition over a game of darts or billiards. Whichever you choose, come in. Make yourself at home. Stay a while.

Nice West End Spot

Great place to get some drinks and food. Went there for St. Patty's Day 2015 and they were packed! Expected. We were still greeted and served in a timely matter. The restaurant of course serves Irish foods and beverages. Typical fish and chips, corned beef and cabbage, rabbit stew and so on. Food... read more

The beer selection was good, as was the food. I've never had a Caesar salad with kale in it but it was really good. The tomato basil soup was delicious, too. My husband's fish-n-chips portion was generous. There is free parking in the ramp beneath the restaurant (enter from behind).

OK, folks, here's the scoop on the Cooper Pub in St. Louis Park, MN. For the neighborhood, the value is incredible. This place is plunked down amidst fast food, chains, and "upscale" dining (read: Not really upscale, but overpriced and impressed with itself). And this gem is nothing like anything around it. The Cooper is so named because it's (sort... More

Convenient to the Doubletree and other hotels in the area. Busiest place among 4 or 5 restaurants nearby- deservedly so. Variety of menu items- but we were at a private party in the enclosed pub room- superb. Trendy upscale clientele and definately date-night ready or for a night out with friends. Ample parking nearby. Great service and worth a return... More

I had the shrimp special, lots of shrimp, great flavor at lunch time. My wife had the fish and chips, nicely presented, too many French fries for us to eat! Service was prompt, we had a nice quiet conversation.

Delicious and unique food, awesome bar with 2Gingers whiskey, happy hour and great event space for private events. Great staff as well. Located right next to all the action in the West End. Love coming here!

Stopped in for lunch at 2pm and was surprised to find out it was now happy hour. My kind of place. As it was cold out (there's a surprise), three of us started out with the baked cheddar and tomato soup--a creamy tomato with baked cheddar on top. Reason enough to come back. We ordered off the happy hour menu... More

My colleagues gave me a going away cocktail at Cooper Pub, and this is where I had my first taste of "Snake Bite" - a mix of draft beer and something that gave it a fruity taste. I am not a beer drinker, but I downed this like a pro. Their appetizers alone make for a great meal. Just make... More

My friend and I tried mid-afternoon dinner there, the place was really nice. Beautiful bar and very chill vibes. However, we were not satisfied with the main course meals or drinks. I came on here before to see that the bloody Mary was watery. I put it to the test and can definitely back that statement up...way too watery, not... More
