Description: Cooper brings European style to a warm, friendly pub with food that is a destination in itself. The menu includes hearty pub classics with and without twists, vegetarian and ethnic specialties, lighter dishes to satisfy wee cravings, and homemade soups and sauces. Our happy hour highlights a round-the-clock sense of value, with a diverse appetizer menu and loads of drink options. Our Wee Lunch, which includes salad, fries and wee sandwich or burger, is perfect if you normally don’t split or share items. We haven’t limited ourselves to traditional Irish fare – healthy choices abound which will satisfy your hard-working appetite any day of the week. The Pub Life is our heart. Relax with a newspaper and a 2 Gingers Whiskey, invite some friends for stimulating conversation over perfectly poured pints, or engage in some old-world-inspired friendly competition over a game of darts or billiards. Whichever you choose, come in. Make yourself at home. Stay a while.

My colleagues gave me a going away cocktail at Cooper Pub, and this is where I had my first taste of "Snake Bite" - a mix of draft beer and something that gave it a fruity taste. I am not a beer drinker, but I downed this like a pro. Their appetizers alone make for a great meal. Just make... More

My friend and I tried mid-afternoon dinner there, the place was really nice. Beautiful bar and very chill vibes. However, we were not satisfied with the main course meals or drinks. I came on here before to see that the bloody Mary was watery. I put it to the test and can definitely back that statement up...way too watery, not... More

I have been to St Louis Park a number of times for work and this place is close to the office. The first time I went in I had the bangers and mash and the second time it was the Mac n Cheese with the apple sausages. I loved both meals, the Strongbow cider on draft is very clean and... More

Great pub. Lots of seating and good vibe. Bar is huge. This place is packed at lunch and after work. Food and service are excellent. Love the tomato soup!

The food is average pub food. I had the bison burger and French fries and the deconstructed cheese cake for desert. The atmosphere is nice, it is busier on the weekends, so I would recommend a weeknight if you would like a quieter setting.

Despite it being a crazy busy night and our unwieldy group being large and meandering, our server, Chelsea, was fantastic. She kept all the people/bills organized (even though there were 4 different Mike's!), kept food and drinks coming in a timely manner, and did her best to get last minute orders in before the end of happy hour. Our thanks... More

Great fish and chips: light, crisp batter. The Rachel sandwich and wild rice burger were, however, bland. Terrific service: prompt and friendly. Attractive atmosphere: curtains between pillars, although none of them were drawn. It was busy and noisy, but in a good way.

When the Cooper opened a few years ago, they offered a nice selection of full-flavored beers, an eclectic appetizer menu and free use of an ornate pool table in an overall elegant environment. Now, the pool table is gone as are the most flavorful beers. Unless you are a fan of Finnegan's or Brooklyn Brewing, you are better off at... More

Went to get a perfect Sunday Bloody Mary but it is not here. It was a watering spicy over-priced drink. A two-top doesn't get as much attention than a large 8-10 group. We got the "host" to take our order but had to return a couple times to get order correct. Miss information - the advertisement on table re: 2... More

Went there based on reviews. Busy for a Tuesday night but quickly got a seat at the bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Dinner at the bar is not always a pleasure but this place takes good care of bar patrons. Upscale atmosphere.
