Solid Place to Grab Your Morning Eats.

Very friendly staff and exceptional speed of service. The food is pretty much the consistent staple of a "Greasy Spoon". They never skimp on the coffee and they consistently make good crisp bacon with a chew. This is my favorite place to go after the closed the cafe that had been St.Cloud Truck... read more

Good was average to below, but service was fast and friendly. Salad bar had brown wilted lettuce. Canned vegetables were served.

This place has been around 50 years. Yes the building is old. It is the cleanest restaurant in St Cloud, according to St. Cloud health inspectors. Food is great. Service is excellent & fast. I know from experience that you can't please everyone. Alot better then Perkins & IHOP. SCSU loves Copper Lantern!

I visited here for the first time this morning. The building is old, perhaps historic. The aroma when I walked in was something other than the smell of good food. The place has a greasy feel and our table actually was greasy. Our breakfast was good and the prices were reasonable. The hostess and waitress we had were fantastic: friendly,... More

Prices keep rising due to minimum wage hikes, not as good a value as it used to be. Breakfast food is very good. Lunch and diner is a bit hit and miss. Most of the time it is good.

The food is avarage, but good. The wait staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. The atmosphere is a bit out-dated, but homie. Servings are average size for MN. The salad selection is a bit small. But, you don't usually visit a diner for the salad..right? I would suggest the bean soup. Seriously. Their great northern bean soup... More

Nice place, service was great but food seemed over priced. Only had breakfast here, had a special, small breakfast but it was just a little higher than places like this.

The food here is pretty standard diner fare. The wait staff is really friendly though and the prices are fair. The only thing I would suggest you do not order is the taco salad...the taco "bowl" is really greasy and is quite inedible.
