The pizza was very good. Hot and cheesy as it should be! The staff friendly and attentive. Call ahead for hours as they do have goofy hours which are not listed online.

This is the pizza I remember growing up! I don't know of another pizza joint in the Twin Cities with as consistently good a pizza. The only downside is the 3.2% Miller Lite on tap--but hey, I'll take that for the pizza! A bit crowded on the weekends. I would suggest midweek.

You don't go here for the ambiance! It's a simple, long, narrow storefront. But the atmosphere is family-like and family-friendly. The pizza is very good. The garlic bread and marinara sauce is to die for! Quick, easy and inexpensive. Neighborhood standby.

The sauce, the cheese, the pizza, the value, all awesome! We have been going here since I was a kid to use the buy one pizza get one free from the Entertainment book. What a great deal! The fiesta pizza is huge and we always left with another meals worth of pizza. The staff is always nice and it is... More

Aurelio's is true Chicago style pizza. I am from Chicago and most of the pizza I have eaten in my life is thin crust. The thick/stuffed is also Chicago style but is not the everyday norm ordered for meals for true Chicagoans. The thick/stuffed pizza is more of a special occasion/I have a craving kind of pizza. Aurelio's has great... More

The restaurant is in an old strip mall in a suburban area. So if you're looking for a hip atmosphere, this is not it. HOWEVER, if you are looking for great pizza in a no frills but warm and comfortable setting you've found it! The pizza is so good - I can't believe more locals don't know about it. The... More

After growing up with the original Aurelio's Pizza in Homewood, this is the next best thing. As a "Chicago Pizza Snob" I certainly recommend trying Aurelio's. Tammy the General Manager/Owner is fantastic and the pizza tastes great. Second only to the south suburbs original.

I'm originally from the south burbs of Chicago and spent my Saturday nights growing up at the Homewood, IL Aurelio's - both the original and new location. We enjoy playing the "old oven"/"new oven" game when we go back and visit the original location - the latest visit was in August. I travelled recently to Minneapolis to see the White... More

I really REALLY miss the Aurelio's Pizza restaurant they had on the western side of the metro. Sadly, that closed, and this is the only Aurelio's left in the twin cities, in the entire state I think. Our family tries to visit when we can, because this is honestly the best pizza in the Twin Cities. Not only is it... More

After a day of heavy lifting, I was looking for some good pizza without having to change my t-shirt. The menu was extensive with several pie sizes to chose from. We all agreed on one large, and it was more than enough for the four of us. The soda pop was cold and fizzy and there were many offers for... More
