Wow, their burgers are fantastic!!! And pretty much everything is offered Gluten free. Why all restaurants don't offer GF buns is beyond me, as it really brings in the business. Their fries were fab too, crunchy outside and chewy inside....perfection!

Stopped by here in late October/early November 2014 2pmish - the place was packed...mostly mom's with kids between the ages of 3-8. Most mom's looked like they had 4-5 kids, and were just here to enjoy a drink and not pay attention to the kids. Wait staff had their hands full not tripping over or stepping on the kids who... Wow - I wasn't expecting much but this was easily the best burger I've ever had. I know that sounds over the top, right? I sat at the bar since I was travelling on business alone. Great bar service. I found out later that the salty bar tender dude had won "bartender of the year" a bunch of times. No... More

But good burgers. If you want lettuce and tomato, you have to order it "California" style. My son told the waitress that "no, that is Minnesota style, the other 49 have lettuce and tomato". Still a good, if pricy burger. Don't go for the décor, which is trailer park sports bar.

I normally don't get burgers at restaurants, but I just had to get one at Newt's. I wasn't disappointed. Very tasty, thick, juicy burger. Sides and service were OK. Decent beer selection. I might come back the next time I feel like eating a few thousand calories.

Oh man this was a great burger and fries. We shared since we weren't real hungry. Chicken strips also looked great. Limited menu but all looked good. This restaurant stops serving a 2pm so check it out before then.

While in Rochester, we went to the highly recommended Newt's, located downtown - they are building a second location. At Newt's we had one of the several styles of burgers, onion rings and salad. It was very good and a very adequate serving size. Cassie was our outstanding server, she was efficient, friendly, checked on our table to see how... More

It's voted best burger year after year for a reason! They have many different options to go with other than traditional. Most of them are excellent, but I almost always go with a Marvin's Burger. Some people complain about paying that much for a burger and fries, but you cannot get anything close to their burgers anywhere else. Not for... More

We enjoyed a mushroom burger, and the fish and chips. Both dishes were tasty and filling! We washed it down with on tap beer. There are plenty of TV screens so that you can watch the latest sports. The place was very busy but we were served in a timely manner. There is a large selection of burgers from which... More

Two locations close to Mayo Clinic, one in the Skyway and the other just around the corner on 1st Ave SW. If able to do stairs, the one of 1st is a must; free popcorn! Service was great, quick and the burgers delicious. Our first day there, we were in the Skyway discussing our lunch options and one of the... More
