A great restaurant for many reasons. Great food, ambience, nice wine selection and not too pricey. Their Kobe burger & french fries are fabulous and the Amish Blue Cheese salad is one of our favorites. There also other great choices on the menu. We find a reason to go there at least once a month!

This restaurant is one of the more upscale local favourites. I went to dinner there with a couple of friends last month while in town to visit family. It was ambience was interesting, somewhere between restaurant and pub with elevated booths and a few tables. The cocktails were tasty. At our table, we had beef steak, pork steak and a... More

This dining experience is one to treasure. Though you can't get to it from the tunnels and it is at the far north side of the downtown square it is worth the cab ride if you don't want to walk 4 to 6 blocks maybe more, depending on where you are but maybe more. You really don't want to miss... More

My husband and I dined at this restaurant on a Friday evening in July. We started with the Crispy California Roll which was delicious. My husband had the Bavette steak and I had the filet. Both of them were some of the best beef we've ever had. The mashed potatoes are out of this world! You must order them. I'm... More

This was our christmas dinner place everyone agreed on. I had the fillet wrapped in the puff pastry(can't think of the name right now). It was delicious. Perfectly cooked. The drinks were awesome too. Great atmosphere, would highly recommend it.

Tasty, but go downstairs to Redwood Room. Still though, the Pretzel bun burger is pretty epic. The drinks are also pretty awesome. As is the steak. Come to think of it, just stay here and eat!

We visited 300 First on a business trip with a large group and the staff was very accommodating. The only issue was that we had only one waitress which was a lot to manage our large table and slowed down the service. The food was terrific, I had the prime rib and it practically melted in your mouth. Little on... More

Wife and twin teens had a nice time at 300. We all had the burgers and were all happy with the meal. $12 burger and fries, but considering the quality, service and atmosphere, it was well worth it. The restaurant has the ability to flex between a casual spot for a quick bite, a place to chill and have cocktails... More

300 First is one of the best overall restaurant experiences in Rochester. Unlike many places in town, the atmosphere is warm and inviting; you actually would want to hang out with friends here over a few drinks and snacks. Service was friendly and timely. My wife ordered the prime rib, which was a little overcooked, but it was quickly replaced... More
