We live 5 minutes away and are always impressed with the wait staff and great food. No matter how busy, once seated the wait staff is there shortly. Food always hot and prepared to perfection. Suggest the shrimp linguini alfredo or the crab linguini alfredo.

Red Lobster has easy access as it is in a shopping mall. Along with good seafood and cheese biscuits.

I have never been inside a red lobster, so, we bravely tried it. This is an expensive lower class treat. It's way too salty, the lobster is tough and rubbery, and the rolls (or whatever they are called) are hard to swallow due to it being extremely salty and sticky. The bill wasn't too pleasing to the stomach either, given... More

We came in for lunch today, after a rough previous encounter at another restaurant , wouldn't you know our luck would have us arrive on a day when this Rochester Red Lobster store just got hammered, with a huge lunch crowd and we sort of got lost in the shuffle. Nicole was our server and she was great. She kept... More

Knowing since it was Friday night that we would have to wait, which only ended up being about 20-25 minutes instead of the 40 minutes we were told. Our waitress, Vanessa, was excellent and very attentive. The food when brought to us was hot and delicious. Let's just say we walked out very full.

The food is WAY over priced and way under seasoned. I had shrimp that were over cooked and three on the same plate that weren't cooked enough. The server tried, but she even seemed to know she was bringing out food that could have been better. But then I asked for lemons to season my fish and she brings me... More

Typical chain. Prices were over board for the portion sizes. Service was lack luster. No flair on the menu. Just boring. No high marks to report.

I ate with some family the other evening. The waitress was very attentive to their needs. They had a couple brief conversations during supper even. The order of shrimp alfredo looked very good, but I was content to get mine. Shrimp on bamboo skewers is the best...touch of garlic. Shrimp scampi were also very good. The wood grilled lobster is... We appreciate the quality of the food as well as the value. Often times chain restaurants are inconsistent with the quality of the food. Red Lobster is an exception. They no longer provide a free birthday sundae, but will still sing.

Never a bad time at Red Lobster. And the store near rochester is no exception. Great service, food and atmosphere. Were the main players in our experience. Easy to find and plenty of parking
