We had to wait about 20 minutes after our reservation to be seated but they were good not to seat us in the middle of the restaurant. We had a wonderful meal of Steak and Scallops. The steak was cooked to perfection and the scallops were tender and delicious. The restaurant is a little loud, but gets a good vibe... More

The restaurant is very expensive and the food is average. Red Lobster is a better value. Don't waste your money...dinner for two can easily cost $75-$100.

My wife and I have had several lunches and dinners at Pescare while I've been a patient at Mayo. It is always our first choice. Their seafood choices are amazing - flown in fresh, so the menu varies each day. The service has always been exceptional.

If you are interested in a higher end dining experience in Rochester, MN with attentive, friendly wait staff, I suggest you try Pescara. Their lobster bisque is divine! Excellent seafood choices. We especially enjoyed their Thanksgiving buffet and the best of all is the Mother's Day buffet - which is very busy, but well worth the reservation! It's an excellent... More

My husband and I thought Pescara was just about as good as it gets!! We stayed in the Doubletree Hotel, where the restaurant is located, but had never eaten there. I had read good reviews and it was so convenient. Over our 5 day stay, we had 3 breakfasts and 2 dinners and we have no complaints. We were fortunate... More

Enjoyed every bite and every minute of our dinner. Andrew filleted the fish expertly and was helped by Justin, Junior and others who made sure our glasses stayed full and we had all needed utensils and plates. Of special note: the beet salad, Gouda hashbrowns and chocolate torte all rank as tops with me. Management toured all tables to ensure... More

Made our first visit based upon the TripAdvisor reviews. No one at the reception desk, walked into the restaraunt - not a lot of patrons. Was brought back to the reception desk and checked in. Initial table service was good and professional. Ordered oysters - acceptable but without the required seafood forks for all and no horseradish. Table bread was... More

Lobster bisque was perfectly paired with the beet salad!! The beet salad was one of the best I've ever had. Another afternoon I had the fish tacos with black bean soup. Both meals were excellent.

We stopped by there on 11-19 at 5:30 after a stressful day at Mayo. We asked for a table for two and the hostess was very condescending as she informed us there were not any tables available until 7:00 for two people. She was rude and actually made my wife start to cry. We were dressed professional and are clean... More

Dear Mr. Ridgley, I'd like to apologize again for the poor service you received at our door. However, please rest assured that you were not denied a table because of your attire, rather because we were fully booked with reservations that night. That does not excuse our host's "indifference" towards your wife and yourself. Rest assured I've already spoken with... More

I highly recommend the fish tacos for lunch. Excellent lunch, with great service and very good bread. The taco's are $9, and very much worth it.
