This place is very close to my client side and I often end up eating here. They have a good number of items prepared for buffet style eating. One can always order food and get it on their table. Nice service with some really good tasting food.

Tea House offers a decent lunch buffet for the price. Lunchtime is always crowded and service can be a bit erratic, but the place is large enough and tables are turned efficiently to avoid long waits. Nothing fancy here, but a wide selection of good take-out quality fare. Buffet is re-filled frequently to ensure that items stay fresh including a... More

We love Chinese cuisine and have cooked it at home for more than 40 years. Over the years we have tried many of the other Chinese restaurants in the Twin Cities trying to find good, authentic Chinese food. Some were O.K. but when someone told us about Tea House in Plymouth and we tried it about 8 years ago, we... More

We came across this restaurant as we happened to be staying at LaQuinta just a half mile away, and we returned the next evening. The menu is extensive, the best item for me being their whole walleye--very tasty. The manager was most accommodating as we arrived late. Service was excellent. A winner!

Friendly service and excellent Chinese food make this restaurant worth visiting! Highly recommended for authentic Mandarin and Cantonese cuisine.

I used to think this place was OK, but on my last visit I vowed never to return. Every piece of meat on my plate was mostly a chunk of fat when I cut in to it. Couldn't eat it. Went back to the buffet thinking I'd just got a bad portion. Nope, same problem. What a rip off besides... More

The buffet is good. I come here once a month for lunch. Food is usually the same. It'd be nice to change it up a little. I will keep coming back. I like their hot and sour soup.

I think the Tea House has gone downhill, it looks like they need help in service. They used to have the best fried rice, which to me means not soaked in soy sauce and then called "fried" rice. I ordered it for takeout last time and it had no flavor to it whatsoever. Their other offerings, such as wontons, etc.... More

This used to be our favorite place for Chinese. We ordered from the authentic menu that had many difference choices. The menu has changed and no longer seems as interesting to me. There used to be more variety in the dishes, but now it seems the choices are just like any other Chinese restaurant. The food was okay but nothing... More
