Lebanese food at its best

Have enjoyed wonderful meals here over the decades, and rediscovered today. The spinach pie is absolutely delicious, and a huge serving. Tabouli is exquisite - nothing better. Many other great items on the menu, including lubin (home made yogurt, with a grainy texture). Tiny dining area. Terrific... read more

This is a great place for a family, or a couple. I really like this place and have been there 2 times now while in Minneapolis. The food is authentic and so very tasty. Highly recommended. I'd give it 6 stars if I could!

I've never eaten Lebanese before, but I will again! My raw kibbe, tabouli and stuffed grape leaves were delicious. The hummus and baba ghanouj was rich and flavorful. My wife had chicken and veggie kabobs serve with a strong garlic sauce.

This place has been around for decades... I know, because we grew up with grandma serving up delicious goodness from it! She was 100% Lebanese and this is the ONLY place she would buy tabouli, spinach pie, flat bread, and kibbe from if she wasn't making it herself. It's the "good stuff" and the place isn't fancy, far from it,... More

I love lots of deep green parsley in my tabouli (not "watered down" with too much bulgar). Great balance of flavors throughout - just LOVE it.

The food was very good! Best tabouli we have ever had! Pita bread was soft and fresh, Chicken Kabob was hot and spiced perfectly, and the rice was so yummy! It was fun to mix the flavors together and taste all the spice notes making a perfect melody. We tried the Spinach pie for the first time...the bread was delicious,... More

I have been an Emily's customer for many years - they simply have the best tabbouleh I've ever had - the right balance of ingredients plus a light, tasty dressing. The restaurant itself is a bit of a hole-in-the-wall - it's old and cramped - but the food is wonderful. I usually get the same takeout order everytime - tabbouleh,... More

As a family run restaurant Emily's is a must for anyone who likes tasty Lebanese food served rapidly in an environment that is simple and never ostentatious. Upon returning from Europe we went back to Emily's so that we could once again have home cooked food at a very reasonable price. The range on the menu is excellent; the people... More

Emily's is a nice neighborhood restaurant; not big on atmosphere but really big on great food and good value for your dollars. I love Middle Eastern food. I grew up with that cuisine in my home. My grandmother was the best cook in the world; the whole world. Emily's food tastes so similar to to my grandma's cooking I would... More

We tried some tabouli, baba ganuj, kafta kabob, an lamb shish kabob. Taste was average nothing exceptional.Place is small an shabby if you decide to sit inside, and the service was average. Probably we were quite used to Mediterranean an arabian cuisine, both of us didnt find anything raving to talk about. Infact the lamb shish kaboob was undercooked. Kafta... More
