Just wanted to add that recently the service and food has been better, the new management is much better than the last management team.. HUGE difference so far.. Food is still needing some tweaking and having a steady chef who sticks around is needed. No weird dishes like three different types of steak, three different chicken dishes, etc. Bring back... More

Loto is conveniently located in the Galtier Plaza. If you live in the Galtier condos or apartments and desire quality service, you can easily throw on a jacket and cross the street to the new Bulldog Cafe.
