Wonderful. Fantastic attentive service. Wonderful atmosphere and venue. Great menu - we really wanted to order everything. We started with cocktails which came fast and perfect. When we inquired about technique, the bartender came over to explain. My wife started with the duck breast salad that was superb; I started with the foie gras and lardons salad that was marvelous... I've been to this restaurant maybe 8 times (I don't live in Minneapolis) over the years and it has become my favorite restaurant in the city, and even one of my favorite restaurants in the US. As soon as I know I am headed to the Twin Cities, I call ahead to book a table. I have been surprised at... More

Wonderful small plate selection with outstanding terrines and steak tartare. Most important, our server was knowledgeable about the menu and the wine list. 112 Eatery is in the warehouse district, a longish walk from the convention center but worth the trip.

The staff at 112 came to the rescue of our evening. They accommodated our group with no reservation at their kitchen table (located in the kitchen). When we added one more person unexpectedly, they made it work cheerfully. We moved upstairs and dug into smart appetizers (fennel olives!) and creative, reasonably-sized menu items. Service was consistently good throughout the meal... More

My husband and I stopped here before going to a concert. Very good. Steak tartar was excellent! I had the chicken and lobster this was very good very tender all around with a type of green bean and also was very tender. As a native NYer and an increasingly regular visitor to Minneapolis, I discovered this place from local friends. And after a weekend of American fast food, it was a particularly welcome discovery. Feels very much like a chic and dimly lit Village joint from NYC. Nice wood booths with the downtown brick chic feel of old New York. The waiters... More

Definitely make a point of going to 112 if you have never been here. All the food is fantastic. Do get the duck confit salad - it is wonderful. The Tagliatelle and foie gras meat balls are great as well as the gnocchi. The steak tartar. Good wine menu and staff are outstanding. It is always crowded and you can... More

The food is outstanding and the staff is as nice as can be (just like everyone in Minneapolis). It had been years since I had had steak tartar and it was a beautiful blend of flavors. I know it's uncooked steak but man they do it right! The cauliflower fritters are also a must have. The foie gras meat balls... More

You stole our hearts again with your great food, drinks and dessert. We always get the 112 burger with gnocchi's with beer and of course the Tres Leches cake!!! My husband got the burger but I ventured off and got the Alaskan Salmon entree and OMG!!!!!This food here is so good it will literally make you want to "slap your... More
