I flew from Los Angeles to Minneapolis-Saint Paul for a hockey game: the Anaheim Ducks versus the Minnesota Wild. The group I was with believes that eating spaghetti will help the Ducks win, so we stopped at The Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner the night before the game. I'd never eaten at any location of this chain before, so I... More

First night in Minneapolis, and TOSF was nearby. I went with convenience. I had great service from a very thoughtful waiter who checked out all of the food in accordance with my allergy concerns. However, it's not terrific Italian food. But if you like everything slathered with as much cheese as possible, this is your place.

This is a good place if you like spaghetti and big portions. The ambience is factory like. Lots of young folks there for prom the night we went. Food is nothing special. Service is okay. A bit noisy.

We go here off and on as a family can eat affordable. Love the ambiance of the place. Neat old warehouse type building. Usually the food is up to par... this last time our pasta seemed a bit overcooked but nothing major that would have it sent back. Service was good and we were there for a birthday so they... More

Dishes looked a little dismal and we received a couple dirty glasses. Food was edible but pasta was under cooked and protein portion was a little on the small side. Service was slow. Ambience was a plus. Overall, we were a little underwhelmed

The building itself was very unique. The waitress was awesome (can't remember her name though!). Great food at a great price. Every meal came with ice cream at the end. Wonderful experience-can't wait to go back!

Had a large dinner party here. Staff was good, food was good also. Enjoyed the chicken marsala and lasagna dish. The atmosphere was very nice and the décor was great.

We had a good experienced. Ordered the spaghetti and meatballs. I liked it. My husband got Lasagna and it was also good. But lots and lots of cheese. This is probably only once a year deal for me. Or even once every two years. Overall, it was decent. No complaints.

We had a wonderful meal. It was very relaxed. We got to the restaurant about 9 pm and decided to eat at the bar, although we would not have had to wait for a table. All of the staff was extremely friendly. The girl behind the bar was so nice and helpful. We thought the woodwork was beautiful. We hope... More

I am torn about this place. I wish I could give it 3 1/2 stars. It is good but not great. The service is always OK but not awesome. The food tastes pretty good but not worth writing home about. It is an average atmosphere but not super exciting. Everything about it is just kind of OK but not great.... More
