Arrived Sunday at 5pm for dinner...was told it would be 30 minute wait - there were 6 additional families waiting. Once seated, clearly half the dining room was vacant. It appeared that it was very close to being shut down or just very understaffed. Calamari was very good. Salads were not - watery and old. Soup was warm and not... More

My daughter and I stopped here for dinner during our trip to Minneapolis. We split a meal and it was plenty of food for both of us. The inside is really unique and the service was excellent. Would definitely go back again and recommend.

We came with 6 hungry kids and 4 hungry adults and everyone was satisfied. It's an experience everyone should have. The food is filling and plentiful, and the bread is yum. Beautiful building just like in most cities. The history of the restaurant is sweet and we like to support that nostalgic idea.

You do get a lot of food for the value and we've been to the other Old Spaghetti Factories in Indianapolis and St Louis however this one seemed flat. Salad tasted like a pre-packaged salad from a grocery store and the ice cream was no better than store bought. The pasta and lasagna were very good. Not lights out but... More

It's not difficult to cook pasta at home and it's really cheap therefore when you go to a restaurant and get pasta, you expect them to be well cooked and a lot of effort on the "sauce"... They don't do such last point therefore it makes their pasta to be tasteless (where is the garlic taste I when stated "garlic"... More

Enjoyed our visit and the food was good! The waiter forget one ordered item, but it wasn't a big deal. I would like them to be open for lunch M-F (currently open only during weekend lunch/suppers, daily suppers).

What a beautiful antique wood interior this place has! But do not discount what a great family place it is based on value pricing and quality. It's obviously a great place for anniversaries and birthdays. It's also located within blocks of the old Humphrey Metrodome. So, it has a traditional sports related clientele. The Dome has been torn down and... More

We had enjoyed getting together at the SF after not eating there in>10 years. What a disappointment... food was like a "frozen dinner" [BUT we had excellent service] After 'hassling' with the parking meter, I returned to a ticket for $50.00 on my windshield because we 'over-stayed' the 2 hr limit. {suggest validating parking for dinner guests)

I was encouraged by the great location for this restaurant in a nice high ceiling older building with great character. But my enthusiasm didn't make it through the meal. The service was good but our waiter in training Adam was more enthusiastic that the person training him. We started with the garlic bread which looked great and was tasty. The... More

I flew from Los Angeles to Minneapolis-Saint Paul for a hockey game: the Anaheim Ducks versus the Minnesota Wild. The group I was with believes that eating spaghetti will help the Ducks win, so we stopped at The Old Spaghetti Factory for dinner the night before the game. I'd never eaten at any location of this chain before, so I... More
