Delish European food

The restaurant has it all: Beet salad, sauerkraut, German potato salad, and the best of all, Varenyky (Perogies) (meat, cheese & potato, potato, and sweet cheese)! Just like Grandmas made! And many, may more Ukrainian and Eastern European dishes. A wide selection of beers and desserts. The... read more

Was here a couple of years ago, was pleased. This visit mid-week, early evening was less than than expected. Cucumber salad was old. Pierogi was mushy. Served an alternate to the requested Polish sausage and it came as pan fried mc nuggets. Complained about the salad, and was only offered an apology. Four stars plus? I'm sorry, no.

What a sausage heaven!!! It was hard to choose when we made our lunch selection. I ended up going with the classic brat with grilled onions and kraut. MAN, it was great!!! The homemade chips and mustard topped it off. The visit was not complete without hitting the deli/meat market and bakery. The beer sticks are a great snack for... More

Again Tripple D got it correct, the sausage and Bratwurst is worth the visit. Easy access, deli style eating , authentic! Sausage deli attached to load up before you leave makes it even better. If I lived closer I would make it a weekly visit.

This was highlighted on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. True to the series, it was excellent. The brats! Get the brats! This is eastern Europe at its best. The lamb stew was melt in your mouth. Too much to take in on one trip. Will be going back.

We have eaten here several times over our various trips to the Midwest. It never disappoints. The cabbage rolls are out of this world; this time I experienced the Ukrainian meatballs and one was enough for a full meal! Portions are very generous and delicious. The sausage variety in the carry out portion of the store is fantastic -- and... More

Two sides to the business: RIGHT SIDE, a full-tilt Eastern Europe market vending in-house crafted sausage of all kinds, deli meats you may have never seen before, jar upon jar of pickled everything, sweets, oh yessss LEFT SIDE: A no-nonsense served/buffet style deliciousness food line. Every sort of sausage, home-style sides, Polish specialty dishes, goulashes, pierogi, YIKES!!!! I need to... More

Nye's gets their meat from here and so worth it. Love to peruse the meat market and try new things. I hope it doesn't go away with all the remodeling of this neighborhood.

We were in Minneapolis last year and had seen a "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" episode highlighting Kramarczuk's so we decided to go there for lunch. All the food was delicious, and they make the BEST kielbasa! We did not leave hungry. We bought some pastries to have in the hotel later that day and they were good, too. We're going... More
