The place offers Tapas mostly. the wait staff is very good. The food was served (9 items) in an order suggested by the waiter and it turned out great. The wine list is extensive and what we had tasted great. Open before and after theatre. Next time we will try after.

Solera has become are favorite pre-show spot in downtown Minneapolis. Super convenient to the Theatres and Target Center on the corner of 9th & Hennepin. The tapas are spectacular! We just got back from Spain last Monday, and the creativity and nuance of the dishes at Solera are every bit as good as the best tapas restaurants we went to... More

This restaurant is gorgeous inside, and it is a great place to go with a date, or with a small group of friends to share Tapas. However, the prices were a little too high, and the waitress suggested sharing 3 plates each, but that really isn't necessary. Our party of 4 had the meat plate, the cheese plate and then... More

I would steer you away from the paella which was only ok and suggest stocking up on the tapas which were very good -- particularly the cheese plate. Wine list was ok and reasonably priced.

Having been to Spain and also having really good tapas in big metro areas like NYC, DC and Philly, I was totally surprised that a place in MN could compete and completely satisfy my urge for a taste of Barcelona. Huge, whole prawns and juicy mussels highlighted paella as good as the real deal in Spain. The service was fast... More

Six of us did tapas, wine and paella. The food was pretty good with some interesting options on the menu. I thought the morcilla was particularly good. Service was excellent and although the room is a bit too big there were enough people eating and at the bar to give it a good buzz.

A girlfriend and I went there for Wine and Tapas before attending the Theater. We were not disappointed. Our server, Mitch was attentive and very knowledgeable, and gave us excellent recommendations on the Tapas. Highly recommend the dessert "Cava Pancatta" not sure on the spelling

Visited here after The Book of Mormon due to their special off a free sangria or dessert after a show. Service was very friendly and helpful. Our food came very quickly. We tried the delicious dates stuffed with cheese and wrapped in bacon - they are heavenly! We also tried a savory dish of red peppers stuffed with cheese which... More

We went here for after dinner drinks on our anniversary, and it took about 20 minutes for a waiter to take our drink order, even though it was not very busy. He was neutral faced, and non-apologetic, even though he'd walked past our table several times before that. The view was awesome, though, so once we finally had a drink,... More
