We shared the beef heart ( I know sounds gross) slider and it was fabulous! One of the best things I have ever eaten. We also had the rabbit dish which was also very good. We ordered the escargo but had eaten this the night before at Oceanair and theirs was better. My friend had this drink that was made... More

We had 10 or 12 different Tapas dishes for 4 people. We all enjoyed every one! Wonderful flavors, smells & tastes! And just the right amount of food, so that we weren't going to the Theatre stuffed. Highly recommended!

My colleagues and I tried ~10 dishes and enjoyed them all. The dates and mussels were table favorites. Solera has an impressive wine list and a fun mix of beers. Unfortunately, service was uneven. My male colleague promptly received drink refills, while the women at the table had to ask twice. When we were ready to order more tapas, we... More

A sunny Friday night 80 degrees in Mpls..a little rare these days. Let's add some heat with a visit to Solera. This downtown Mpls Block E staple should not be overlooked for a tapas experience. It was date night, we had to decide between tapas or Paella. Mmmm a 40 minute wait for Paella, tapas it will be. There are... More

Excellent wine choices along with excellent small plates. Something for everyone. Even my teen-aged children found things they really enjoyed to eat.

We selected four items from the tapas menu and all were very good. The white sangria was excellent and the red was even better. Best of all was the price; with tip less than $40.00!

We visited Solera for a large group dinner during a recent conference. The decor is great - and the service was as expected. The quality of the food was good - patatas bravas were wonderful and the scallops were cooked perfectly. However, the prices were higher than I would expect for a medium sized, midwestern city, and the menu options... More

Solera's serves good tapas but we felt it was overpriced for the little bit of food you get with each appetizer. The Sangria is very good but we still left hungry and there's only so much bread you can eat. Good variety of tapas just not a good value in our opinion.

Had happy hour there, not bad at all. Spanish wine and appetizer menu were quite adequate and priced right. The place itself is a bit too large and loud for tapas bar experience, hence it is 4 out of 5.

Solera uses local farm fresh ingredients in their dishes whenever possible and you can really taste it! The local grass fed beef made for a delicious steak - four of us shared the 32 oz ribeye. We also ordered the scallops (yummy) and the autumn roasted vegetables (really yummy) and the fregola (oh my - so good!). We had also... More
