My husband and I frequently stop at Pumphouse Creamery because the offerings are consistently unique and delicious! They choose to use local, organic ingredients which impresses us, and this attention to ingredients keeps us coming back! They create several dairy-free options which are so delicious you do not miss the creamy cone. Highly recommend this neighborhood spot!

Excellent choice of flavors to choose from and they are always ready to let you sample the ice cream.

Delicious flavors of ice cream and scratch-made yummy cones. Knowing its organic makes it that much better too!

Creative flavors entertained me, while the stalwarts in our group stuck with some basics like mint chocolate chip and vanilla. About the same price as any other freestanding ice cream shop, well worth the time to find it (and it's part of a lovely complex of gift store, deli and pizza joint all on the same corner. i'm aiming to... My dog LOVES their peanut butter doggie ice cream. I've never had a flavor of the human stuff that I didn't like either. I'm not a fan of the homemade cones, but I'm not really a cone person to begin with. A bit on the pricey side for a scoop, but that's fine for the occasional treat.

Fresh ingredients, great quality. Might be pricey for some. Note that the ice cream is not as sweet as some, which is what I prefer

Pumphouse Creamery is located in a great shopping/dining area of Minneapolis in the 48th & Chicago business district. Perfect stop for a late night stroll or capping the night off with a dessert after eating dinner at any of the 8 restaurants on the block. Made from organic ingredients this is truly the freshest ice cream I have ever had,... More

Great organic, small town ice cremery. Everything is home made. Down to the butter for their waffle cones. They also make excellent root beer floats.

I have eaten ice cream here on occasions and the product is quite good, every bit as good as Sebastian Joe's. They have a raspberry/chocolate chip cone that I actually think is a bit better than SJs. They have some outdoor seating, but very little inside, so plan accordingly. I would recommend this as a a great place to spend... More

Heard about this place on NPR this summer and knew I had to try it the next time we were up in the Twin Cities. The homemade cones are unique. Had a hard time deciding on flavors to try. My husband also tried the root beer, which he loved. Will definitely be going back. Loved the local, seasonal ingredients and... More
