I go to Chino's few times a year. When it opened years ago, this was the place to be in MSP. Many "hip" restaurants has opened since. However, this place still attracts many birthday and bachelor/bachelorette party. This place has good selection of food. For the quality and portion size I would say it is fairly priced. If you are... More

This is the perfect restaurant to come for a fun, special occasion. Most tables were filled with bachelorette parties and birthday celebrations. Loud music, dim lights and candles on the walls - it was definitely an experience! The food was slightly expensive, but fabulous. We ordered a sampler appetizer which contained calamari, ribs, wings, etc. For dinner, the four of us... More

A lot to choose from. Being Mexican didn't want to try Mexican Food, but still had PLENTY to choose from. The food was very good and the servings HUGE, everything has to be shared. Good music, good place, it was very fun.

I enjoy different ethnic cuisines, vivid flavors, new taste combinations and quirky fun restaurants, and Chino Latino meets all of these requirements. As long as you like bold flavors, you will find many items on the menu you are sure to enjoy. We shared the screaming mussels, the bacon wrapped pork loin (amazing flavor, with tender meat), the wok glazed... More

I went here for a business dinner with 9 of my colleagues. The ambience was interesting and upmarket. Drink names seemed to veer toward the dirty, so off that bugs you or your older than 21 that might not be your thing. We tried six apps and my favorite were the pot stickers. Peyea (sp?) Was my favorite entree the... More

Every time I come to Minneapolis I visit this place. Lovely decoration, great food and metropolitan service. - sometimes great, sometimes not so...- Experience and drinks are always fabulous.

Hadn't been to Chino in a few years at least...went last night. The food was good, and the drinks were great. It wasn't busy at all, but everything was still great. The service was good, and the apps/dinner were very good. We had fish tacos and Paella. Both were great. Beer list leaves a bit to be desired though. Good... More

When this place opened 14 years ago, it was edgy, loud and considered the next Big Thing in the Minneapolis restaurant/bar scene. Chino Latino hasn't changed much, but the scene has moved on. No longer cutting edge, this big, noisy eclectic Uptown mainstay still delivers a fun, relaxed noisy place to meet up with a crowd of friends to have... More

Despite the clientele, this place never fails to deliver as far as food. Nice ambience. A little overpriced but worth it.
