Hole in the wall location, difficult parking, but it is well worth the effort! A little bit of Cuba moved north. I haven't had Cuban food this good since a trip to Miami.

I'm a local Mpls native and Victors is my favorite spot for breakfast. There is usually a line. I would wait for a booth. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
